    Serves 4-6
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3-4 medium
    -Pyaz (Onion) fried 3 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
    -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1/3 Cup
    -Tikka masala 1 tbs
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Boneless chicken cubes 750g
    -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
    -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
    -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Garam masala powder 1 tsp
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
    -Olper’s cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
    -Olper’s Tarrka desi ghee 1 tbs
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
    -Pyaz (Onion) cubes
    -Pyaz (Onion) fried
    Directions:
    -In a blender jug,add tomatoes,fried onion and green chilli,blend well & set aside.
    -In a bowl,add yogurt,tikka masala,lemon juice & mix well.
    -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
    -In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (12-15 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates.
    -Add button red chillies & mix well.
    -Add blended mixture & mix well for 2-3 minutes.
    -Add coriander powder,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder, mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
    -On low flame,add cream & mix well.
    -Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
    -In a serving clay pot,add desi ghee & let it melt.
    -Add capsicum,onion & sauté for a minute.
    -Add prepared chicken handi & mix well.
    -Garnish with fried onion & serve.

    -Blender jug mein tamatar,fried pyaz aur hari mirch dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Bowl mein dahi,tikka masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
    -Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Blended mixture dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Dhania powder,namak,zeer,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Kasuri methi aur hara dhania dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Serving clay pot mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
    -Tayyar chicken handi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Fried pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
