More than that, I was even more troubled by the thought of - how I could bring to your notice the same, just in case you have missed the news already. In the recent past, It has been proven that the vegan diet is very unhealthy. Maybe it's time to change? Some are saying she died of ED(Eating Disorder) and starvation. But, it is proven even by the ex-vegans that the vegan diet lacks many proteins, nutrients, etc. - - you name them. Vegan or non-vegan, I don't mind -- just concerned about the good people like yourself. P.S. It has been a while since saying "hello" to my YT celebs. 😀
Hey there :) to answer short, we all eat even beef here at our household 😅 things I like to keep out of my life are processed foods, chemicals and sugars, other than that I don’t really categorise my eating in any way. I’ve sadly read about this girl too, there are many companies, industries and people out there promoting all sorts of things in the name of health and wellness. When it comes to food and nutrition, it’s a big, complex and nuanced conversation and I do think also that there’s been more research coming up lately pointing out a lot of interesting facts (personally I find Doctor Paul Mason very informative) Glad to see your comment here :) greetings from Trivandrum!
