Hi there, I will see what I can do, that said I believe both pumps are found under the front right-hand wing (when looking from the front of the car) accessed from inside the wheelarch, i have had one of mine block before. Can you hear the pump working? If you can then also try sticking a pin in the jets to see if there is a blockage there.

Thanks, I can hear the pump is working, nothing happens for a few seconds then water comes out from the top of the back window.
