I've heard of a theory: when you train specific stuff for a while and hit sort of a plateau in said field or area, after taking a break for few weeks your brain processes that information (in background) and you basically succeed better in it after. I've noticed the same in my life. Of course there is personal differences.

@@beargrylls6135 It's called diffuse thinking. Tho you don't need weeks for it. So maybe that's a different phenomenon. I do think it's linked tho.
