One time after an emotional moment of mine, I was like apologizing for acting crazy or something, and my man said "it's ok to be crazy sometimes" 🤧 and idk it just healed something in me, I can't stop thinking about it
Yeeees. The acknowledgment of the fact that it happens, that it’s apart of our existence to sometimes ‘be crazy’ sometimes and the effect that acceptance has on us. It’s like this reminder that we don’t have to resist it so much as let it flow.

I find that when Neptune goes retrograde, unlike other planets where their main traits will work in reverse, the general confusion/haze/fogginess that comes with that planet normally doesn't reverse and turn to clarity, it just focuses that confusion elsewhere.
