Just bought one 2023 and its nice though my settings don't stay. Is there something wrong with my camera or is it that there is something I'm doing wrong?

I suggest all that play this video, hit the 3 dots at the top right corner of the video (on cellphone)... And turn your video quality to the highest...
Since CZcams adjusts your video for fast play/stream, then you watch this video all pixelated... I had to adjust it to 1080p to see if he actual quality of the video of the camera...
By the way... Good video bud!!! You bring stuff some other tech youtubers don't...

I haven't used a smartphone in three years. I went back to a dumb phone, what pocket camera you recommend, that's cheap I can stash in my pocket that takes better pictures and I don't have to take a photography course

Yeah I should have taken photos with it. I think a cell phone would do just as good of a job

Hmmm.. the video actually looked pretty good. It would be much better as a stationary camera if you are using it for CZcams vids or whatnot. Sometimes it's bulky for me to break out the DSLR and in some environments I don't want to use it at all. But, like you say, if you have a cell phone with a decent camera, which most modern phones have, it is probably best to use it instead. But if you want to capture an additonal angle in your recording, this might be a nice inexpensive way to do it if you need a camera that's mobile (vs a web cam).

That's the problem with digital cameras most basic ones start from around 150.00 to 200.00 but for a half decent one more

But many people probably don't want to spend that much money on a camera and the budget ones from 50.00 to 100.00 seem like kids cameras even though they aren't they are just cheap digital cameras that are ok for snapshots back in the day when film cameras ruled you could get reasonable good quality cheap cameras for about 50.00 because film cameras didn't contain much in the way of electronics like the digital cameras do today

Have to download footage to computer and do it that way.
The main thing now is.....does it stream clean HDMI? Can I get clean HDMI with a HDMI>USB adapter?
