Great video... we actually have stayed up the road from Pine Cone at Jersey Swamp State Park (no swamp) which was pretty nice. You were also a skip and hop to Sandy Hook beach which has also a lot to offer.
I'm apprehensive about RV camping in cold weather. Based on your timeline do you think you'll have to deal with any New England winter? Perhaps you'll be out of there before it gets bad.
We too have been apprehensive about closing weather camping up to this point. We decided to give it a shot but definitely hoping we are gone by the time it gets really bad.

Yea Turkey Swamp! Unfortunately it closes for camping in Oct. We will have to definitely check out Sandy Hook Beach 🏝️ thanks for the suggestion!

Every time I think about buying an RV I think about how much I’ll be able to use it and think I could just rent one once a year 😢
We would definitely suggest renting one a couple times to see how much you like it!
