In the skill bar? There were some events where we could get them. However, currently I use the Solaris Weapon as a skin. Usually you receive those from temporary events such as event instances, Hero Trials or sometimes Veteran Rewards/Shop - or buy it from other players.

@@xylune Look is that I buy the skin lightning dragon for my painter, when I want to open it I see that it is not for my class. im from NA
@@disgust3413 well in regard of the boxes we have here in EU we can choose every weapon available.
