**psst** Are you enjoying Scam School? You've gotta check out our *brand-new series* "The Modern Rogue" at czcams.com/users/modernrogue. If you've seen it, reply and tell me what you think. If not, then get on over there. I'll bet you a dollar you love it. -Brian
Modern rogue is awesome ! the grilled cheese over there is to die for !
Scam School i love modern rogue and scam school. but modern rogue has a little more interesting topics
Scam School : How to permanently disable a person
Modern Rogue : How to kill a man
Scam School hi
Scam School: How to be the guy everyone knows at a bar
Modern Rogue: How to survive the apocalypse
That invulnerable handshake is awesome, I'll remember that forever. I have awful uncles and other various extended family that destroy my hands with crushing grip. Finally my frail limp wrists have a technique to fight back!
I've just resorted to fist bumping my uncles so that I can keep my hands unbroken.
+Ali dasoo
Lol, last christmas, after meeting my uncle, I had to sneak off and put ice on my hand. I think he fractured something; I couldn't write normally for weeks.
+Torgo dude you must have big uncles lol.
+Torgo yeah screw that I only give hugs now
+BeardedBack
Haha, beware though. I'm sure burly uncles globally will start practising a new technique: the spine-cruncher bear hug. Brian will have to come up with a defence for that too.
Ha, just used the strongman's handshake technique tonight. The guy started off with a loose but crushing grip, so I quickly transferred my index/middle fingers onto his wrist, and he had to settle for literally waving my hand for 45 seconds vigorously.
Seriously, aggressive dudes should just get their egos checked.
NICE!!
So that's why freemasons use it.
+Ron Ulmer
The palm of the hand is still within the palm of the other person's hand. The other two fingers and the thumb are in the normal handshake position. That is a handshake.
Me: *Bends paperclip*. My life is complete.
PH33R Gaming
I struggle to do that
i strugle to bend paper
I remember watching this show sooo many years ago, and was thrilled to discover it was still going.
lmfao at 7:30 he tries to high five the girl but the strong man wouldn't let him.
:))
omega lol 3 wears ago
That’s fricking hilarious 😂
@@ninorandazzo844 omega lol 2 wears ago
That woman did literally nothing...
+mickobee We only had three mics that night (we typically have four), so unfortunately it didn't make a lot of sense to focus much of the episode on her.
+mickobee i noticed that too :p
+Brandt Hughes she shouldve done the handshake!
+mickobee Yeah I forgot she was there to be honest
+Brandt Hughes Then why have her there at all? Just to introduce her and then have her stand there?
he was as an earth bender.. NOW HE IS A METAL BENDER
Omg your the best person ever for saying that
+The Destroyer no he's not. I am.
metal is part of the earth, therefore he is still a mere earth bender
.......father of Sven Bender!
Now you are actually quite smart. Using a overwatch avatar to use it as a yourube avatar
The dude "Alaster" or however its spelt is actually one of the COOLEST random people they've had on this show in years. Normally the people are kind of awkward and "out of place" looking/feeling, this guys actually played along 100% with everything. It just makes the episode so much more enjoyable.
the girl was like "am i still part of this?".
So grateful for the handshake tip. One of my doctors has a massively overpowered handshake (understandable since he's been a surgeon for at least as long as Dennis has been breaking wrenches), and always crushes my hand.
+Ryan That sounds extremely unprofessional. A surgeon should have accurate hands, not strong hands.
+Madra so...you're saying a Bodybuilder couldn't be a ballet dancer?
Fuzzycat Not saying that at all. I am saying a surgeon should have control of his hands.
Madra
he can also have strong hands.
Fuzzycat That doesn't mean he has to show you in a handshake. That was my point, the handshake not the actual hands. Sorry if I wrote that wrong, but he needs to be showing he has precision not brute force.
Dennis Rogers is the most underrated strongman on this planet.
"bookmarked by my grandfather's grandson years ago..." that would be you.
The ads always crack me up. XD
Sure he's strong, but can he open a jar of pickles?
Now there's a real test of strength.
"Welcome to the Salty Spitoon. How tough are ya?"
"How tough am I? You got a new bottle of ketchup?"
"Yeah sure. Here ya go."
[struggles for 5 mins]
Not only can I open a jar of pickles, but if I close it, you can't open it.
Pickles?,not after l've canned them. BOO YA
I thought you had to drill into the jar...
This guy deserves the nickname "BENDER!!"
I look forward to seeing that future robot of you..
Your videos make my day anytime I'm down, and I would like to thank you for that. Thank you Brian
This video is brought to you by Harbor Freight.
haha hahaha spot on dude
more like the wrenches at the dollar store
never mind he says it in the video lol
haha harbor freight cheapest shit on earth 20 wrenches for $1.00 buy em in bulk so you can barhop and have 20 chances to impress girls by bending or breaking garbage tools
even a drop forged harbor freight wrench wouldn't break like that
"Yeah one died from a puncture" instantly the guy with the beer laughs lmfao
best video ever thank you dennis you will save me a lot of money from my days of snapping wrenches and hand surgerys
Dennis Rogers is a total champ! I've seen him on the History Chanel and he was a lot of fun there too! Alistair was such a good sport too. Fun video. Thumbed up.
11:45 hint look pants
3:30 "Uh what am I suppose to feel?!" lmfao her actions then hahaha
This makes me so happy to see Scam School kicking out quality content! :D I remember I'd always save Diggnation and Scam School, and a few other Rev3 shows and binge like once per week. XD
+RobustEnigma nice, man!
woo! Dennis is back!
Solid choice shaking Maggie's hand with that technique. She was up to no good.
I like the retro 60's colors.
This was one of the best episodes, brilliant!
12:00 that camera shot is amazing!
+Portal12345678910 Thanks!
+Brandt Hughes Do you know what type of setting, or video style/ option that is?
+Portal12345678910 Depends on what you're asking about. We shot that with fast exposure and low iso (it was bright out), fairly cool color temperature which was warmed up a bit during editing, and most notably it was shot on a glidecam which is where you get the smooth camera motion.
Brandt Hughes THANKS!
$30 for one wrench? Must be a snap-on.
Fuck yeah, Snap on 4 lyfe.
Mate you cant even get a snap-on wrench holder for $30
That wasn't a snap-on wrench. It wasn't mirror chromed. I haven't seen such a thing wrench before honestly. If he did it with a snap-on or even a craftsman, I would be impressed.
It was a pun "SNAP" on
Cool knight ...see what I did there?
So why was Maggie there? She did nothing :/
shes part of the trick if you look closely
Qermaq ive been asking kishimoto the same thing about sakura
Ahmad Jarrah you fucking savage
much better than the prev vids. I like it!
I remember i used to watch this channel as a kid most of the time the video would never load or work becuase the intro would eat my internet somehow but now its super smooth like everything else
The girl said its plastic at 3:33 time to go and re edit your video scam school lol lol
She said amazing
It's like plastic.
No she said blow me
It looks like she says both
She said Fuck me
Didn't know that Meth makes you strong..... Walther looks great
I learned the invulnerable handshake a little differently, but I like that method better. WILL be using it from now on.
Been subbed for over 2 years now
You interrupt Dennis way too much, you can see the frustration on his face.
I think I'll rely more on my 13-year friendship with Dennis than your expert CZcams-watching analysis, but thanks.
I'm not a "CZcams analysis expert", I just know common courtesy.
Haxz7 dude come on friends interrupt each other all the time. it shows interested in the conversation. no one interrupts Bill Stein because he is so damn boring... and he has no friends.
Bruh u dum dum...
My uncle taught me the handshake when i was like 3
This is amazing! I'm so gonna use both of these. Thanks Brian.
P.s. You too Dennis, thanks.
I subbed on my old account years ago, completely forgot to re-sub with this one. Damn it's good to see you still going, man!
+SixUK90 awesome. thanks, man!
Thin shit wrench - I would love to see him do that to a Snapon Wrench - I couldn't even break it in a vise jumping up and down on a scaffold pole
+Charles Hosford (S.5.M.C) what size wrench are you able to break?
ive never tried but I was a mechanic and I have to tell you most wrenches break with enough leverage especially if they are heat treated - but Snapon ones don't that's why they cost so much you need to remortgage your house to buy a set ( an exaggeration lolz )
+Charles Hosford (S.5.M.C) Snap on wrenches are just as thin. It's not like they're twice as thick, that would be inconvenient.
clearly you have never owned a Snapon wrench - I on the other hand have a whole set - yeh they are thicker bruv that's why people buy them, they are ergonomically designed
Charles Hosford
I don't know, it's hard to measure thickness from a video. But, whatever.
3:08 when he starts to break the wrench.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this video before but it was just as good the second time!
This is soooo helpful! Many of the seniors pick on me my squeezing my hand really hard!
ok now try a snap-on
+Matts Mower Madness if it exists, Dennis has bent it: czcams.com/video/nbVmRT13dXY/video.html
+Scam School I have broke off those long thin wrenches like that a few times just using them I looked at that video, yeah wrenches just like that...guy is cool though bey his handshake would be a good one lol and for his age damn
i would honestly like to see him break a snap on or craftsman wrench
Craftsman doesn't break. It bends. (I know this, because I've watched him bend a craftsman)
Wow, it's been 6 months since this video has been up, and you've responded to a recent comment. +1 Sub & Respect. lol
+Scam School so what about snap on?
+Kenny Stoliker Craftsman, Sears, and Snap-On are all created by the same company with the same technique. Wouldn't make any difference
+Sapphire EX I know for a fact that Snap-On has no part of sears or Craftsman they are two completly different companies
Shoutout, Brian Brushwood, I've been watching you on podcast streams since 2nd grade, or 7 years old. I'm 27 atm and have to say you interest me with match logistics as well with Mr. Grimes. It's very interesting even as a future collab that somehow my major may be correlated to your stream. I love your work, i love your dedication and i love the figureing out "sleight of hand" techniques. Born Catholic, I love to question our beliefs, especially as a enthusiast engineer/trickery.
That was AWESOME....
Dennis Rodgers reminds me of Walter White.
A very nice Walter White.
+Terncote lol
Let's Not “I AM THE DANGER”
he does it between his legs to get more pressure using his thigh strength aswell "BUSTED"
no, he doesn't. As he explains, doing it that way will just bruise your thighs. Instead you rely on your legs for stability and grip strength for the bend.
+Scam School uuuuur scam school names in the title. I knew a guy who could bend the handle off a hammer, beat that
+Meandhiminmyhead Shit... I know a guy that can bend Ford 9" axles into a horseshoe.. one handed.
+JustAGuy I know a guy who can bend a 50ft steel beam by cracking it like a whip
Drew Burke You know me?!
HE BROKE A WRENCH!!! Dennis Rogers is awesome! Love strongman acts, quite rare these days!.... Now... Off to buy one of those cheap wrenches!
love it. Ive used many of his tricks ove the years to intimidat others.
All these fuckin' nerds in the comments acting like him breaking a fucking wrench isn't impressive because it's not enough steel. It's still fucking steel. Don't get me wrong, I'm a weak little nerd, too. I'm just not jealous enough to try to pretend that wasn't amazing.
+MikeSakaru I can't seem to give this enough thumbs up!
Wanna see him do that with a Quality Craftsman and not some cheap mom and pop wrench that wrench is thin !
+Indiana Malt like this? czcams.com/video/nbVmRT13dXY/video.html
+Timothy Ivey I agree there is no way in hell he can break a 1" Craftsmen wrench ! I bet 100$ he could not do it !!! Those were all thin wrenches
+Timothy Ivey that;s the point.
+Indiana Malt Would like to see you do it with an even cheaper wrench.
+Indiana Malt Really? Cause I have a vagina? I am sure there are women stronger than you and I combined that could snap a Craftsmen. You seem to blow this off like any schlub could do it. Feel free to show this guy up whenever you are ready.
salute to Dennis Rogers. The real deal
+Thanitha Weerasekera yeah!
Love this show! Keep up the awesomeness!
I love how the extras in the back ground are just like "YEAAA MHMM OMGHAAAHHH" to each other. Ignoring the action
extras? We can't afford extras. We just shoot at the bar and whoever is there, is there.
I'd absolutely be watching all amazed the whole time. I just assumed they were extras because they weren't.
by the fourth hour we're hanging out with our big annoying lights, people tend to tune us out.
Haha. I guess the novelty wears off. Still this video was awesome. I knew about the handshake trick. I dated a girl with a brick layer for a dad and, at first, he damn near broke my hand with every shake just because he could.
+Scam School y do u guys have so many sponsors
lmao he used his thighs she didn't even use his arms
nope.
Watch it he clearly used his thighs after he had a very small bend going
+KingOfEggs can you use your hands/thighs to snap a wrench in half?
More then likely if i did the same as him
I can squat 350 my thighs are beefy
Woah!
the handshake ACTUALLY works!!!
i have done this 3 times and i got the best reaction when i used a normal wrench and got people to try to bend it then switch it for the cheap one and then break it.
wtf that crapy metal wrench costs 30 bucks, no way.
ye he only held it with his arms and used his legs to break it
no he said it would've hurt his legs
It's finally back.
Dennis was on classified as super human. His muscles behave different from ours. His are good at short burst of energy and not much endurance.
Is it just me or does he look like an old Sami zayn
I tried this and broke my phone
i tried this to and i burned down my house
I tried this and killed my mom
I tried this and ended humanity
I tried this and bent my IPhone 6 Plus
I tried this and broke a French frie.
That Domain.com sketch was nice. Well done guys!
The theme from "Dave Allen At Large" playing in the background at 7mins!
He is using his legs to help so it's actually not "bare hands"
ikr. was more of a full body movement
have you done it then?
no he didnt or else he would crush his tighs
He's clearly using his legs, and it's probably more than 50% of the force. And it figures since it's a piece of pretty thick metal for a human to bend or break.
Maggie did absolutely nothing
What do you have against Maggie?
+Scam School nothing, i was just expecting her participation
@@scamschool wahmen should remain in the kitchen
so cool! big fan of Dennis!
You are the best I watch your show on Netflix I have referred it to everybody I know👍🏼
The people in the background give ZERO fucks about what's going lol.
Use a snap on, or a craftsman, not some generic thin wrench
+Christian Garofalo you mean like this? czcams.com/video/nbVmRT13dXY/video.html
+Scam School #R3KT
Really nice!
I love this school
Finally fixed his hair lmao
"Finally." Half a decade ago.
I guess I skipped (scam)school for 5 years haha. link to the first episode with different hair?
The chick didn't say a word. Lol. Way out of her environment.
The main reason he bends it between his legs is that he is using his legs to do most of the bending. But you still need to be strong enough to start the bend with your hands or no amount of inward force from the legs will do anything.
I love this channel
cheap wrench. id like to see him break a snap-on wrench.
that was a thin wrench
Captain Pancakez lol you try it bud
probably a hardware store wrench. Imagine if he did this with any matco, mac, sk, snap on, proto, etc. Also who pays $30 for a double open end wrench that you can break with your hands?
Wrenches are NEVER made of spring steel..
That is a cheap wrench, Grab a Snap On, Craftsman, Matco Etc... he's done.
Brian, Scam School is great.
+Robert McCullough thanks!
love this show!
+Eva Bekkert this show loves you!
Both wrenches are amazingly cheap, bottom rung of garbage tools.
+jezuzfreek777 Something tells me you'd not be saying this to Dennis's face.
+Scam School Really? He's the kind of guy that can't handle someone for saying that his ability is exaggerated?
I'm a professional millwright. I know the difference between good tools and cheap tools. The wrench that he flaunted as being good is a wrench that no true mechanic or millwright would even consider adding to their toolbox.
I'm sure the guy special orders the cheaper wrenches or buys them in bulk when he happens upon them. I'm certain that it takes a tremendous amount of strength to do what he did. I'm just saying that he's using inferior tools.
I will give the man the benefit of the doubt and say that he would gladly accept my opinion and not resort to any type of violence or intimidation.
+Scam School lmao he's right that wrench was skinny minny. Snap a Craftsman then I'll be impressed
Why would you buy an expensive wrench just to break it?
jezuzfreek777 most people still could not even bend these cheap tools like that.
Hey everyone lets keep this comment at an even amount of likes
0 is an even number.
+Brendan Gray Kinda
+Brendan Gray ok then, keep this comment at an odd amount of likes.
+Alvin Merino Negatives can be odd.
this is pretty cool
If you put two episodes together at a time, this could legit be a TV show, Brian. =]
Much love for the strongman.
I think it's important to let people know that Dennis's body has a unique property that allows him to do the physical feats that he does. If you don't believe me, check out his segment on Stan Lee's Superhumans. He's in the very first episode.
Thanks Maggie
Hey Brian I tried the handshake with my family and it work😄😱
+SSilentSShock 8 nice!
what a cool guy
About the Handshake; You only need to extend your index to get the same result. Not only does it look more natural then two fingers, there just isn't a need for two to get the same results.
That guy was great.
Thanks
I think it's the right time for the question after I've seen about 50 episodes of scam school: who is the guy that is sometimes shown in the advertisement?
the best trick
This is goin viral!
My dad is a farrier and blacksmith. The horseshoe that was shown in the beginning that was kinda bent like a bow. Can you tell me if that was a homemade shoe? or was a bought keg shoe like a from St.Croix? I am just curious.
