- So far, we've talked about 2 wreck rebuilds from the Union Pacific. One more wreck rebuild (that is a GE) exists, with a interesting twist to it. You could say it has a bit of Maple Syrup glued to the new cab.
Music used: Summer Paradise - LoFi
I DO NOT OWN ANY PHOTOS USED IN THIS VIDEO. THEY BELONG TO THERE RESPECTIVE OWNERS.
I honestly wonder how many cabs Union Pacific borrows for their locomotives everytime they get into a wreck.
ITS A GOOD DAY WHEN A BITE SIZED ODDITIES EPISODE COMES OUT
I can’t believe that UP didn’t keep the teardrop
I saw this unit once and thought it looked weird but now knowing what happened I must say as a person who loves teardrop cabs, fucking based asf,
0:47 I heard there's dashcam footage of the wreck
This is why i really love Union Pacific. They have so many unique combinations of equipments (also their history of big horsie engines)
I actually just saw 6759
I was lucky enough to see this unit trailing on a ethanol train around Rochester New York a year or two ago
1:57 shots fired
I always though 6759 got scrapped after the wreck happened but I guess not.
Hey i suggested this unit!
Same lol, glad to see it being covered
UP #6759 has a cab from another locomotive XD
Cool! U should do a video about the Norfolk Southern AC4400CW's they got from CEFX which will be for NS called the AC4400W and the rebuilt SD70ICC's (Former SD70M-2's)
I just caught this locomotive today. Unfortunately it was a rear DPU facing in
7312 remained its NS cab during the rebuild
Rebuild aging?
You should make a Bite Sized Oddities on CSX #2667. The last CSX locomotive that had the Seaboard System paint scheme.
good video
Nice!
This is normal for Uncle Pete. I remember a sole B23-7 (UP 107) was fitted with EMD Spartan Cab. Five U23B’s received the same treatment as well.
At 1:09 it looks like Gus Fring after the explosion in Breaking Bad
1:18 As for 2584's other remains they would be Scrapped
Imagine the UP-CN merger
UP 6422 looked similar to 6759 last time i saw it
It was also same in terms of top speed
Oddite Idea: CSX 6914 that was vandalized with chessie nose.
Hello, how about Bite Sized Oddities - BNSF Ex-ATSF 673
6759 has a p3 horn
Talk about BNSF 4560 and NS 8447's front doors being swaped for a while...
Can you do a Bite Sized Oddities of CSX 6914
You should do UP 6706
I have a request for a locomotive oddity. NS SD40-3 6405. It was ex BN 7149/HLCX 7149/NS 3528. It's unique because it was a BN test unit and was a SD40-2 with flared radiators. Then it was rebuilt to a SD40-3 with normal radiators in 2021.
Bro I caught this thing but didn’t know it was special and you can barely see it in my video
Congrats on going to college!
Do CSX 6914 the vandalized "Chessie heritage unit"
Do the EMD/BN SD60MACs
Hey, could we get an episode on DAIR 3028 (EX-BN 8174) the Frisco together at last unit. I can get you some inside info on the unit. Let me know if you’re interested.
