Just completed my first TOA solo, thank you so much for your guide. I made notes on the video and worked my way through. Managed it first time, died a fair few times on the first two, but after that really got in the swing of it
for ahkka always start with mage gear while praying melee. everything he dissapears or changes forms he'll will go from attacking with melee then range then mage and back to melee everything in that order unless you have the invocation to make his attacks random.

Great vid man. Loved this new raid. Jagex did a good job making a lot of the attacks telegraphed so you can predict what's coming your way.
Yes! Skill matters so much in this raid. Makes me wonder if the electricity in the final fight is random..

This is a great guide for those looking to jump into raids. I have max combat stats now this raid go around, When Tob came out I was nowhere near having the stats to be a worthy teammate, now that I have the stats ,and around 300m ,im ready to take on

Summary:
Adrenaline pots op. Dragon claw everything.
ZEBAK
Blood barrage on the crocs if you need healing.
If you can't clear the rocks from poison, you can tank the damage by standing directly in front of the rocks.
Blowpipe sucks here. Tbow > BOWFA > ACB > Blowpipe
AKKHA
Place the first mirror to bounce as last.
Store your dragon pickaxe. It deals extra damage to the seal and oneshots the broken barriers.
he always uses melee -> ranged -> magic, in that order. Unless you have the invocation on.
BABA
Use blood spells to heal off the minions in puzzle room.
When you reach him through his bowling phase, it skips bowling.
Range him when using the "mind the gap" invocation to avoid the center of the room.
KEPHRI
No need for protection prayer upon entry, only when other bugs spawn.
Put your Keris Partisan on stab.
WARDENS
Get Elidinis to spawn in phase1. She doesn't melee and summons Kephri and not Baba, which is easier if you have the aerial assault invocation on.
Keep an eye on your chatbox to be notified of "arcane missiles/arrows/scimitars". Pray accordingly.
Dclaw / dds her core with the adrenaline potion. Melee > Mage
Doesn't melee also do max on the core?

What would be a decent weapon to use if I dont have a rapier?

I tried this and I got everything down until the last final boss and I died and it’s so frustrating cause I can’t move fast enough and can’t pray the right prayer and can’t dodge those stupid boulders. I just wasted 3 hours of my time doing the first raid and it’s demotivating. You got any suggestions on what I should do? Everything else is pretty simple.
For the last phase of the final boss. I see you using range, is it weak to range or can I use any other combat styles for better dps? For example, would it be good to go in for dds specs? Nice vid !
I've since then changed strategies. I now bring Dclaws / DDS with adrenaline pot to burst him down in his final phase.

What are the recommended invocations if you want to start learning the regular TOA?
Currently using (150pts)
-Softcore Run
-On a Diet
-Lively Larvae
-Blowing Mud
-Aerial assault (make sure to summon elidnis as first warden)
-Not just a head
-Arterial Spray
-Blood thinners
-Feeling special?
-Gotta have faith
-Jungle Japes
-Boulderdash
-Oveclocked

PROTIP: Protection prayer you gotta use is also the "top" prayer Akkha is using

Most of the times it works, but not always. I think when its protect from ranged on top it gets wrong
if you melee the core it max hits every time
Same with magic, but yeah. Melee specs are great for the core
Pretty awesome getting a quick guide out but I don't think it can be a complete guide without knowing if defence, stab, salve or things like that are worth using yet.
I ment complete as in, I cover the entire raid :)

There is a set order, but it's really hard to memorise :D

Also, don't forget to focus on the shamans or they'll just keep spawning the little thralls
I think what makes the room so long is if you don't kill the baboon shamans fast enough and let them spawn thralls. Once they do you have to kill all the thralls before the room is over. Killing the shamans faster in turn, makes there be less stuff to kill making the room go by faster.

Inventory tags. I usually don't use it, but super helpful for this raid since you switch so often
At 3:05 you say northern and southern wall, but those aren't north and south
