Hi, Indigo! Thank you so much for tagging me and sharing my channel- that was so sweet of you to do that! I hope the info I've shared and continue to share provides clarity or helps you get to your goal asap... even if it's confusing and aggravating at times!
A few thoughts from this video-
    - I'm a DC and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who practices very much like a Naturopath 🙂 I got into this stuff in school and never turned back, so I've actually never had a "normal" chiropractic clinic
    - Wouldn't it be the most bizarre turn of events if you were Iron deficient from eating too much Iron 🤣 You explained it beautifully, though- pulsing Iron has been shown to be a more effective supplement strategy, so I thought it might be worth doing with your diet, considering how Iron-heavy it is.
    - Be careful to not give away too much of your blood for the sake of testing- doing so is counterproductive to your goal to build up your Iron. I tell my Iron deficient patients that they aren't allowed to give away blood until they actually have blood to spare!
    - I think it's a good idea to get scoped. While you wait for the colonoscopy, there's an at-home test for occult blood called "EZ Detect." It's not the same as a colonoscopy, but it's a heck of a lot quicker, cheaper, and more fun to do! That'll at least give you something while you wait to do the real thing.

Are you aware of modern iodine deficiencies and its hormonal effects, especially on women? Dr David Brownstein has a book on iodine and there are several videos on YT that can shed some light on the subject. I am already taking iodine and I think it’s already showing benefits for my health. Thank you for the video!

I definitely. I also found very good information on the Copper group that iron supplements can be toxic that taking copper causes or can cause your body to produce its own copper more efficiently. As a result you will or can reduce your iron supplements significantly. You also have to take the right kind of copper based on your body! Further it affects or can influence the efficiency of your system.

Before invasive procedures like colonoscopy etc. there are stool tests that can be helpful. Dr. Mindy has a gut zoomer and heavy metal tests with consultation which might be a good place to start in testing. If there is any internal bleeding, I presume it would show up in stool tests. I think it's more of a leaky gut issue. My mother is low iron, but high ferritin due to inflammation. she has IBS, and I am sure has SIBO too and thats why she always has low iron. Its all too complicated unfortunately. I would definitely check out Root cause Protocol. Their specialty is low iron.

I know there are so many things that affect our insides, including water. Do you have a well on your property and if so is it analyzed regularly? I am thinking minerals as well as microbial things. Sometimes I wonder about the things I was exposed to in childhood that have required a lot of rework not just for myself but also my sister. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves when causes are removed and I am believing with you for complete restoration.

  • @sofiatarnovskygrein6028

I am sure you have heard of Dr. Ruscio and his book. One thing he has said and written that I always hold on to is that the treatment, regardless of what the diagnoses, is the same so there is no need to fret over test results. He has a very common sense approach and looks at the symptom management rather than perfection. I also have to say that the Joel Green apple peel protocol has significantly reduced my bloat. The reuteri yogurt really helps too. Best of luck to you.

I've recently found some research about copper and Iron.
Seems that most people have a copper shortage, and a iron overload, not a lack of iron at all. Because the iron is bound in the liver, and can't be utilised at all. Copper helps the iron to be metabolised.
Apparently our farming practices have made copper very low to none existent in our food. Eating beef liver gives us the correct iron, as well as the copper. You can take capsules of liver instead of eating it, if you don't like liver. You can also take supplements of copper glycinate.
    Also your blood loss?
Are you not menstruating anymore ? Because there would be your blood loss. You would be very aware of other bleeding from seeing it in your stools.
Also, Dr Davis said that his instrument was way better at detecting gases then the one the drs are using now. He's hoping they will just use his in the near future.

I have been on the yogurt routine for about 2 weeks now. My diet has been mostly of large salad and A pork steak. I've tested with the unit starting in the morning and throughout the day. I don't know if there's something wrong with the unit. I measure a constant 8 to 9 of methane 0 hydrogen???
Is this normal or is there something that may be wrong with the unit.

I really don't know how to word this but I remember as a child never being ironed efficient and then as I got older I was always iron efficient even though I eat plenty of red meats. I looked back at my childhood and realized that my grandmother and mother always cooked in a cast iron skillet we always had our breakfast cooked in 5hat and nothing else so I'm wondering if just cooking in a cast iron skillet can help, I am no longer deficient I cook in a cast iron skillet at least twice a week sometimes 3 and only breakfast that is it. I don't know if it will help you but it did me I get gradual amounts of iron throughout the week. Hope it helps also I don't know but have you tried fasting at all I have no idea if that would be good for you or not but I've notice it has worked wonders for me in such a short period of time. Have you been following Sarah Kleiner wellness (aka carnivore yogi)? I've been following her since I started carnivore 3 years ago and she's been very transparent about her struggles. I felt terrible on carnivore, but have recently found relief from chronic fatigue symptoms by utilising quantum health and circadian hygein. She offers courses that have helped me so much where NO DIET has even come close. I really do feel for you trying to figure out this health thing. Sometimes it feels like my head is about to explode!
Thanks for sharing your struggles, they DO help others. I'd like to know how you're getting on with the l.reuteri yoghurt? The first batch I made was wonderful, but subsequent batches have turned out fizzy and unpleasantly sour. Has anyone else had this issue? Could it be that my ferment became contaminated with yeast? Any advice greatly appreciated x
