I hope they added a veranda/terrace to maximize the space on the 2nd floor. The front view of the house is amazing! It such a nice space to chill and have your mini coffee table or swing where you can just relax or maybe work as well. I hope one day to have a house like this :)
You cannot have it all ika nga! There are some spaces na mas nangangailangan ng bigger area kaya kailangan may i-sacrifice and besides what will you do with veranda/terrace? Are you going to stay there whole day? Believe me you don't need a big veranda/terrace.

that stairs though it does looks good, it distract the zen feeling ( peacefulness ) coz it's too wide for the space, creating a zen space takes a lot to consider that any distraction should be avoided

@@bekbek5797 me too, if ever makakapagpatayo ako ng malaking bahay tulad nyan, hindi ko gugustuhin na may nakahiwalay na kwarto sa labas para sa mga helper. tapos maliit at masikip lang din naman. feeling ko kasi kawawa sila lalo na sila talaga tong mga pagod sa pag-aasikaso ng bahay. family na rin turing ko sa kanila so much better to give them even a little bit of the comfort that we have inside the house so they can also enjoy the beauty of our home. I'd rather have a separate room for them inside the house
