This was definitely about my past person 'B', we never really made it past the "situation-ship" stage because of his constant fear/insecurities. Mid through pile 4. This is probably the most accurate reading you've made (at least about my experience).
The thing that stood out in particular is the "being sincere" and, somehow, a little "selfish" with the manifestations.
The reason this resonated is because i recently tried so hard to manifest some good news for people that i REALLY care about, and it didn't work enough, apparently mostly because of their own "free will" that made them do some mistakes.
