Sir could you please make a video on filling ub04 and cms1500 where there is a primary and secondary holder of the insurance but the patient is not the actual holder .

Hi, today I went interview For medical billing process. I had a written test. I found 2 questions which are confused me. Could you pls brief it.
1. Write the name of the codes related to procedure?
2. Write the names of the codes which you are well versed?
I am really confused weather they are asking about categories of the codes and really is there any names for the codes. Pls help me ASAP.

Codes related to procedures called HCPCS

Name of the codes would be the way they used for example office visit codes 99201-99499
Codes usually starts from 8 series called pathology or lab codes. Same like 7 series codes are for radiology

Tqs for your reply Sir. Is name of the procedure codes means, they are asking 5 digit numbers of E/M, anesthesiology, surgery, radiology, path and lab, medicine right??
Name the procedure codes means,
I have to write above mention codes or ICD codes for diagnosis, CPT codes for procedure, ndc codes for drugs and dme codes for durable medical equipment.
Exactly what I have to write. Bcs next week again I have interview. If you give your straight answers for these questions it will help full to me. Pls reply with answer what I have to write. Plssss
