Life's been busy lately and sometimes it's easy for me to neglect certain aspects of my life. Such as self-care! Self-care could mean all sorts of things to different people. But for me, it's putting more time into latte art practice, making a delicious meal, going outdoors for a nice long walk while listening to my favorite audiobook, making a vision board, AND SO ON!

I’m curious! what does self-care mean to you? What are some things you like doing to recharge your battery? Would love to hear your thoughts🧡
When I need a little self-care and need to recharge my battery there are a few things I like to do. I do agree with you that putting in a little effort to look good really helps. Especially with motivation. I also really like to just get some rest, read a fun book and maybe listen to some nice music. Silence can be good sometimes as well though. I've also been trying to just pick up my guitar outside of practicing and just play something random, as it could be fun and relaxing just hearing some beautiful sounds of such a beautiful instrument. ❤ Getting some fresh air definitely is worth it too, whether it's going on a walk or just sitting in your garden does not matter! ❤

That’s awesome that you’re picking up your guitar outside of practice just for fun! funny thing is, the song i randomly wrote in the video actually came about from me just strumming to feel the instrument/relax! It’s fun to just do things with no sort of expectation and let it flow naturally🧡
