  • It is common for people with PTSD to have intrusive memories of terrible occurrences. Even though these events occurred in the past, when memories of them arise, they can feel as if they are occurring again in the present. This can be quite unpleasant, so finding techniques to ‘ground' yourself back in the safety of the current now is beneficial.
    Use this calming grounding meditation daily or whenever you need a reminder to control your intrusive thoughts. You are safe in your sacred healing space.
