Abora Buenaventura by Lopesan Hotels.
we stayed here for a week starting 31st october 2022 to 7th november 2022. The hotel is listed as a 4 star we have been to many hotels and i would rate this a 3 star. It is listed as a family hotel but the kids club runs for 45 mins in the morning and 45mins in the afternoon (although the staff are great my son loved Isabella) the pool games are all for adults kids cant join in. The mini disco is 8:15 - 8:45 younger kids were to tired and it was literally the same few songs every night most kids got bored. then the evening entertainment is the animation team and they try there best but again not something kids would be into 3 nights out of the 7 they just did a quiz not actual show which was a bit lame. The food is literally the same every day, i know all you can eats are usually repetitive but this is the same lunch and dinner every day, (we thought the trip advisor reviews were exaggerating... They wasn't). The dinner hall looks large and there are alot of cold options salads, meats etc but both sides of the hot food bar serves the same thing and if your vegetarian there isn't much choice for a meal that makes sense lol. Munch has a nut allergy none of the food had allergy information they say if you go to the desk and get a card, the diner staff will tell you what they can eat but the dining staff had no clue and just pointed to plain pasta, chips and ice cream. We ate down by the beach quite a few times for better options. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly but i wouldn't advise it for families. There is a small park area and a splash zone but if your child is over the age of 4/5 they will get bored quickly And the pool is Very cold even the jacuzzi's were cold.

So sorry for some reason I didn’t see this message. Most of the pool games are for adults not children and aside from the mini disco the evening entertainment wasn’t the best. Lots of quizz games etc questions children wouldn’t know so felt left out.

Yes we never had any trouble getting a sun bed :)
