Ambrose is one of my all time favourites and I would love nothing to see him back in WWE but are we forgetting he signed a contract with aew till 2027. I know he could try get out but I don't think Tony khan would let that happen as moxley is a huge draw for them

Now if Dean Ambrose does come back I can see one of two things happen either Roman loses the base wwe title to someone and then Dean Ambrose gets it shortly afterward and then the shield reforms with each of its members holding the top belts or Roman loses both belts to Cody at wrestlemania 40 and then the shield reforms in order to help out their former friend
Now the likelihood of either of these scenarios happening is slim but I miss the shield and I never got to enjoy them as a kid in school

Recent Raw shows have also shown that there is a rift within the Bloodline group, and that could be a sign of the end of this storyline.
Moreover, at Wrestlemania 40, Reign attempted to hit Seth with a chair in the back (which Seth did when he destroyed The Shield), instead of pinning Cody - his enemy. It's like Roman wants to tell the world that he's still haunted by Seth Rollins and the breakup of The Shield.
Putting all of the above together, it could be a very genius hint at the return of Dean Ambrose, and more than that - The Shield!!!
