Pinnacle@Duxton is probably Singapore's most well-known HDB project. Aside from its obvious minting of million dollar flats, it has made headlines for being Singapore's very first 50-storey public housing. It also has 2 Sky Bridges that offers a stunning panoramic view of the city - a feature unheard of in the public housing market when it was first announced. What's cool is that its design was from the winners of a 202 entry contest that was eventually won by ARC Studio Architecture + Urbanism and RSP Architects Planners & Engineers.
There are a total of 1,848 units spread across 7 residential towers. There are 2 observation decks on the 26th and 50th storey, but what's quite unique about Pinnacle@Duxton is the private facility deck on the 26th floor that you will need a resident's keycard to access. While most people would be familiar with the 50th storey viewing deck, many don't know about the 800m track on the 26th storey. It's definitely not something you see in other HDB's and you can actually get your exercise on while taking in the views of the city.
There's a lot more to show about the Pinnacle@Duxton, so for the full in-depth review please visit: stackedhomes.com/editorial/pi...

Pinnacle@Duxton, to be frank, has been covered really extensively elsewhere - so in this video, we wanted to showcase some of the more hidden side of this landmark HDB, the residents facilities on the 26th floor! We were frankly surprised that it had way more amenities than the 50th storey Sky Garden, considering how visitors actually have to pay $6 to get up there! With its central location and unique offering, do you think Pinnacle@Duxton is worth paying over $1M for? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
super cool vid!! the view is so freaking gorgeous!!! I like the wild/nature but its hard not to be impressed by the concrete jungle views of sg!
We totally agree! The area is really urban, but somehow the park, facilities/views and the surrounding areas creates a really nice urban/nature balance 😀
the editing is really good. you guys are getting better and better
😍 thank you for your kind words!!
Great video, why not Punggol straits view next.
heyy tim! :D
Thanks for your suggestion - it's a really beautiful place indeed! Will feedback this to the team. Thanks for watching!
i love these videos! keep it up!
Thank you 🙏🙏
Thanks for featuring this project, love the development! Would you consider reviewing the Interlace? Was always curious about it :) really enjoy your videos!
Yes we'll consider it 😀 By the way, we do have a written review of it here, though it was written some time ago! stackedhomes.com/editorial/interlace-condo-review/
Cool Video...I visited and toured Pinnacle @ Duxton in 2016. Loved it!
It's worth the visit! 🙌
Interesting place.
Saw it from a distance while on a bus and thought it's a pretty beautiful building.
Thanks for sharing a tour of the place.
Glad we got to show you the inside 😊
Always enjoying your reviews of the HDB in Singapore. You guys should also review city vue @ Henderson. Skyville Dawson ( not sure this is done) or all of those skyscraper HDB in Singapore.
Perhaps u can also get permission from some of the resident in those estate to go into their home to show viewers how it looks like.
Hey there! Thank you for your suggestion! We'll take that into consideration! 🙏
Hey guys, love your videos. Keep up the good work. It would be great if you could review Savannah Condopark in Simei. The condo really looks amazing from outside with all the animal statues. I think it is the only condo in SG with a Savanna theme. I wonder how it looks and feels inside? This could be an interesting content for your channel. Thanks and I look forward to your next video.
Hey!! Thanks for your feedback 😀 That is an interesting condo! We'll look into this 👌
very nice and informative video of a very beautiful architecture. It would have been better if I could see the inside of the apartment units
Glad you like it! It is an interesting architecture. Hopefully next time we'll be able to feature a unit here 😀
How about Skyparc, the latest "sky" home at Dawson. This is one of the replacement sites for old Tanglin Halt flats which set to demolish in a year or two. We have a fantastic view here.
We're looking into it at the moment 😀 The development is amazing 👌
Lies again? Golden Globe
Very find places o☺☺☺ amazing exercises 👍👍👍👍👍
😀😀😀
Watched Ghib's video 2 months back, and still watched this entire vid 😁
😃😃😃 glad to hear that!
Hi! How about huge Jumbo HDB flats in the north of Singapore?
Oh interesting! We'll be looking to feature Jumbo flats more in the coming weeks/months 😀
Nice video! Can I suggest city square residence next?
Great suggestion! Will feedback this to the content team! 👌
Thanks!
the view on the 50th floor is amazing. especially at night. if you've never been, the $6 you pay to go up there, it's really worth seeing it once!
Oh but it can get crazy windy, girls don't wear flare skirts hahah
Thanks for sharing that! Yes the view is really amazing there 🙌 Good advice on the strong winds!
can you guys review skyville/skyterrace too!!
Hey there! We've done a review of SkyTerrace already actually, you can find that here: czcams.com/video/bSnLgrGBFpo/video.html
As for SkyVille - we're on it 😀
Would be great if you could consider reviewing Costa Del Sol or Cote D'Azur. Thanks!!
Thanks for your suggestion! Yes we've done a written review of it and looking forward to doing a video tour 😀
@@StackedHomes thanks! I think what would also be helpful in your reviews is if you could also briefly touch on the maintenance fees for every project :)
Hahah or The Bayshore too? Strangely so undervalued for such a prime location
Actually only 2/6 units on each floor has a yard that is facing inwards, the other 4 are very airy, some have amazing sea views
Thank you for pointing that out!
And also another suggestion:
Whether property prices in Sg have been artificially inflated during covid via hardcore marketing (eg. On yahoo news)?
Got it! Will feedback this as well 👌
Used to live there
How was it like?
Would you review Kent Vale? That’ll be really useful for future foreign employees of NUS! Thanks a lot. Learning so much from your videos.
Thanks for your request Jennifer! We've never actually thought of reviewing serviced residences for guests at the university primarily because it can't be purchased or rented for fun 😂 But still something we'll look into!
@@StackedHomes I think it can be rented for staycation for families of staff. That’s what I read on some blogs… but yes, thanks for considering!
Enjoyed the videos and editorials a lot! Would you buy a flat in Pinnacle or SkyTerrace?
Both are quite strong. SkyTerrace is more affordable though, closer to nature - connects to the green corridor quite quickly and easily since there's a park connector just next to it. And it definitely looks better. If you want good amenities, I'd go for Pinnacle. While SkyTerrace would soon have a 2-storey hawker from the Tanglin market in a couple of month's time, I think you can't quite beat the variety of food that the Tanjong Pagar locale has. So it just depends on what you want. And if you want great city views, it's clear that Pinnacle would win. SkyTerrace has good city views but it is partially blocked by Strathmore Green. Pinnacle (depends on stack) has really good unblocked views of the city.
@@StackedHomes thanks for the comments. Ya price point would also be a consideration. Wonder if Pinnacle might hold value better given less competition in the area so a bit more flexibility down the road
Nices places to stay 😄😄👍👍👍👍👍
We think so too. Surprisingly nice we must say, given how urban the area is.
Is very nices
Agreed! 😀
Please do the review of the infamous KINGSFORD WATERBAY
Thanks for your feedback!
Totally worth a million dollars... probably the best HDB flat in town.
We think so too! The combination of the facilities, views, nature and urbanness makes it great!
Review The Bayshore please. Prime location but weirdly cheap? $1000psf for a sea view apartment
Thanks for your suggestion! Will feedback this to the team 😀
Is it possible to do Scotts at Hamilton? The one with private car lift. Hahahah
Ooo great idea! We'll note this feedback!
O o amazing viewer higher top 😄😄😄👍👍👍👍
It is really nice at the top! Actually both the 26th and 50th have fantastic views 👌 We think that the 26th floor somehow gives you a better feel of the shophouses given you're nearer to it. 50th floor is quite distant!
How about The Tembusu?
Hey there! Thanks for your enquiry 😀 We'll feedback this to the video team 👌
Do corporation tiara
Hey! Thanks for the feedback! Will shortlist this one 🙌
Please work with property agent to we can see not just the environment on the outside but also the house inside as well. Thank you for the great content!
That's a great suggestion! We'll consider this too!
review older hdbs with bigger sqft and how hdbs have evolved to become smaller recently!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! This is a great idea - will feedback this to the video team 👌
Singaporean have to start making babies like it was back then, then maybe the houses will be bigger..lol.
I thought we were going to see at least one apartment/condo.
Apologies! At that time, we did not have access to a unit there. We'll be featuring more unit tours in future videos!
So are the homes free?
Free?
@@StackedHomes You keep saying public homes and in America public homes are either heavily subsidized or they're free.
Please consider Bidadari! ☺️
Will do! Thanks for the suggestion!! 😀
