Within the last year I've pulled my hamstring twice😔 but SPENNY, listen up: the best thing to do with an injured hammy is to ice it ASAP. After 24 hours or so try and give it 5mins of ice then 5mins of heat throughout the day(time of day doesn't really matter). Do that twice (one instantly after the other) to keep the blood moving around it making it heal easier and remove pain and damage. Also head down to your local pharmacy (or something like Holland and Barrett) and pick up some Epsom salts. Epsom salts are just bath salts that help heal injured muscles when you're in the bath.
Hope this all helps SPENNY because I know the pain you're in; believe me.
