Song starts at 1:15. In these dark times I hope this video brings a little lightness and a smile to your face. My boys bring me so much joy. Keep the faith!
This was the first song I ever remember living as a little girl. I think I was 4 or 5. My dad used to take me to a diner for breakfast and they had a juke box at the end of the table and we would play it over and over. Such great memories and such a fabulous song. Thank you so much. You need to make this available to purchase.
When I met you in Sarasota, some years ago, I was so shy to meet you yet iIn a heartbeat, you made me feel relaxed and took time to share a glass of wine with my husband and I. I loved you then and love you even more today. Thanks for all the wonderful music you give to us.
Hi Randy!! I was going to write you and thank you again for the glasses. They made the whole video...). Thank you so much. You are the master of CZcams, but I am trying!
Linda ... You are fabulous !!! As a former singer/actor, I am not impressed much anymore but I am in love with your talent. You bring a depth of sensuality that I haven't felt since seeing Barbra Streisand live on stage from her 1967 'Happening in Central Park. You are a true and lasting 'Diva', Linda. I am honored to now consider myself one of your biggest fans.❤
Hi Linda, Happened to be cruisin' some oldies on CZcams when what should happen to appear...."Where the Boys Are, Linda Eder".....what a fortuitous (for me) and wonderful rendition. 'The Voice'.....indulge me a moment while I take you back in time to the early years of that voice. The first time I heard it (and it was mesmerizing then) was in the Blue or Back Room at the Blue Goose. The consensus in our gang, drinks notwithstanding, was that this woman has a future. RJ and I lobbied your dad hard for awhile 'we want more Linda', anyway what a treat it was. A couple years later I had a chance to stop at Lord Fletcher's where you were already excelling.....and of course the rest is history. Watched and enjoyed the 60th birthday episode with a special shout out to your mom and dad from Ron Bednark of Myr Mar Lodge fame. They look great! Not sure if you will remember me given the way things occur over the years however one thing is clear here, the voice will fill a lot of slots on my play list. One other observation....I have a hard time seeing 50 much less 60. As for your sound, rich and strong, flawless is a word I would use.
You are one of my favorite artist. "Where the Boys Are" (the movie) came out when I was in high school and it was a HUGE hit...the song was a sensation and played constantly on radio. I am a gay man, yet I can still remember the ROMANCE of dancing to that song with my lovely high school sweetheart! Thanks for your version and thanks for sharing your talent with us!
Never lose your beautiful voice or sense of humor. I saw you ten years ago in new jersey and absolutely love you. Your animals are beautiful and I hope to see you sometime soon again. My husband and I are tit biggest fans and we're from the Philadelphia area. We would love to meet you one day. Again Linda, love you
Absolutely fabulous. Time for a soda shop album. So many classic girl singers and this made my hair on my arms tingle. Please take us back and introduce the youngins to a new era of music, for them.
This is great. Thank you.....I've been a fan/friend of Connie's for over 50 years. I adore the singer/actress/person, have seen over 200 concerts, and have been to her home a few times. Nonetheless, when it comes to you, Linda Eder, I have said since I first saw you about 15 years ago, this beautiful lady has the best voice ever! (and I now have all of the cds you've recorded) I can't wait 'til live concerts can again be held. Stay safe & be well. G-d Bless.
the pink lipstick and the purple sweater, just perfect. Thank you to neil sedaka for writing a beautiful song. and thank you Linda for singing it so perfectly. Maybe you should release it as a single !!!!
Linda, you could sing the telephone book and I would love it but WHERE THE BOYS ARE!! I just love this song, loved it since I was just a girl, never get tired of hearing it and this was perfect, thanks. You just made my day!

Linda - What a wonderful version of one of my favorite songs when I was a little girl. I used to sing it. You are my favorite lady singer. I love your music and your voice. I have been lucky enough to see you in concert in San Diego twice. I enjoy you on your CZcams channel. The fact that you love horses and dogs the way I do makes it fun watching you. My favorite Christmas song is Christmas stays the same. That is the song that made me discover you. Continue doing what you do. You are the best. 🐴 🐶 🐎🐕
Wow just love Where the Boys are! Also just played it for my 87 year old dad who also loved it. I loved Connie since I was a kid and have seen her several times. You really made this song your own and it's incredible. I have seen you many many times over the years and so miss getting to see you. Hope you and Jake are doing great thru these crazy times. Hope to see you again soon.

You sound incredible! And your version totally rocks. It beats Connie Francis" & Neil Sedaka's (yes her wrote and recorded it) versions by a mile! I love you Linda, you bring so much joy to my world,
I don;t think it actually beats Connie's super smooth version. Hardly anyone can do it like Connie, but Linda's was equally good. I love Connie's slurs of the long notes or scooping of the notes.
LOVE LOVE LOVE how you did this song. This Connie Francis classic is one of my all time favorites and I opened you tube and there you were with it... can I say I love you?!Lol, thank you for this...

Now that’s what the Dr. ordered! A good dose of fun and humor mixed with a classic track! Loved the outtakes too! The “boys” are quite the hams! Cheers!
WOW, Where the Boys Are, talk about a blast from the past! One of my old time favorites! I loved the video, your boys are naturals and seeing you wearing those trendy Randy Rainbow Pink Cat eyed glasses! Just Perfect! Please consider singing more from Connie, it was simply beautiful! Thank you for brightening my day Linda! This is a definite download!
Wonderful vocals as always, Linda. Can we get a little props for the writers of that song, the incredible Neil Sedaka and his early collaborator Howard Greenfield? Thanks and keep up the recordings until you get back on the road again.

At first I thought “wait... is she covering it or is that Connie!” Excellent! Thanks for the free gift!!
Dare we say that linda's version is equally as great as Connie's?
Just heard (on public radio) that Connie was inductee of Smithsonian for audio archive. She was acclaimed by Dolly Parton and Barbra Streisand alike.
@@Ma_Ba She deserves it.
You are simply the BEST EVER.
I LOVE THIS! I LOVE YOUR VOICE! At first I thought it was Connie! But it is ALL you!! Thanks Linda

Wonderful vocals as always, Linda. Can we get a little props for the writers of that song, the incredible Neil Sedaka and his early collaborator Howard Greenfield? Thanks and keep up the recordings until you get back on the road again.
Neil and Howie, along with Jack Keller wrote so many million sellers for Connie. Howie wrote some without Sedaka, as well.
I love all of your boys. Very adorable video , I have seen you in concert many times. I have a picture with you and I as well. I think you are amazing. Keep these sweet videos coming. Thank you.
