- Authorities say six women from San Diego and the Los Angeles area were arrested following a sweep of three Poway massage parlors Friday.
Leave these shops alone. Go after real criminals. If its a consensual transactions, it should be legal. Better that some guy trying to rape someone. If a guy is down on his luck and willing to go pay for it , let it be.

This is how I got caught. Now no one gets happy endings.
I use to file cases for the Vice Deputies who busted Massage Parlors. 3/4 of their arrests resulted in no charges. Why? Because no crime was committed. It's a wonder they don't get sued. One case, they watched the owner come out of the back door and hide a box of condoms under the fender of one of their cars. They arrested the owner and technicians for prostitution. The problem? Possessions of condoms is not against the law. Another case, they arrested all the technicians because they weren't wearing panties under their smocks. There's no law that says you have to wear panties. In one case, the undercover wouldn't leave a tip so the technicians tells him she usually gets a tip. So he exposes himself and indicates a handjob so the technician agrees. The stories go on and on.
