    I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia while studying at 41. This was when I realised that so many of the difficulties that I were part of my Dyspraxia. I didn’t know about that my shoes wearing down on 1 side was part of it, it’s more pronounced on my right than left. I was also diagnosed with ADHD when I was 45.

Recognising the connections between various difficulties and their association with Dyspraxia is a crucial step in managing and coping with the condition. The realisation about your shoes wearing down on one side is a tangible example of how Dyspraxia can manifest in daily life. Additionally, receiving a diagnosis of ADHD further adds to your understanding of your experiences. It's essential to seek support and strategies tailored to your needs as you navigate these diagnoses. Remember, you're not alone, and there are resources available to help you thrive despite the challenges.

      haha, It's not uncommon for individuals with dyspraxia to experience challenges with balance and coordination, which might lead to situations where they appear to stumble or fall unexpectedly. Explaining such occurrences can indeed be frustrating at times.
