I'm from Mumbai, so when you guys come here, you could try-
1. Falooda :- Place- Badshah Hotel, opp. Crawford Market
2. Meat dishes:- Place- Mohammad Ali Road especially at night.
3.Pav Bhaji:- Place - Any hotel or if dare, a street stall.
4. Vada pav:- Place- any of the stalls or even hotels, although Sri Krishna Vada at Dadar is supposed to be great.
5. Gola:- They sell them at the beach stalls although korbin might have an issue with the hygiene.
P.s. If you guys are planning to stay long in Mumbai you could visit Siddhivinayak temple, Mahim Church, Haji Ali Durgah, Asiatic library etc.
Whatever your plan is , stay in India during Holi festival to truly enjoy yourselves.
