Resep Regal Chocolate Eclair

Bahan:
- regal 20 pcs
- kuning telur 4 butir
- gula 90 gr
- maizena 30gr
- susu 250ml
- dark cooking chocolate 100gr
- coklat bubuk 1 sdm
- butter 20gr
- susu 250ml
- whipped cream cair 300ml (bubuk 100gr + air es 250ml)
Chocolate glaze:
- dark cooking chocolate 50gr
- whipped cream cair 50 ml (kalo pakai susu UHT 50ml, dan DCC nya 75gr)
- butter 10gr
Topping:
- regal / chocochips
