Love oxtail! Love some oxtail soup. The first time I had oxtail soup was in Okinawa Japan. I was stationed there for 1 year and I would often order this in town. Saved your recipe! Y'all have a great week my friends!

The bone marrow is the is the key in the soup. Oxtail & Beef Shanks I would use in the restaurant to make my beef stock and demi glaze. Awesome job Mama & Papa Joe.

Really great looking soup, and Mama needed that after being out in the cold. I tried oxtail once but may not have cooked our properly to make it taste good. I will need to give it a try again using this method
A good browning and 2.5-3 hours of simmering will result in some good eats Guy. Giddyup.
