1st clip 6mm engine air hose driving latex material diaphragm
2nd clip 10mm engine air hose driving latex material diaphragm
3rd clip testing check valves are working, by adding water into valves
4th clip testing check valves by taking breath in and breath out
5th clip testing the unit, although I have removed the outlet connection
the pump is working, I'm still testing and changing things to get it to work
better.
The rest are photos of the disassembled pump, a nylon pump which I'll be trying out, nylon is easier to work with and is heat resistant to 100 degrees Celsius.
The last 2 pics I have added copper pipe inside the unit, once I have pump working, I'll be running water through it.
I did try spiral configuration of the copper pipe but that turned out to be a bad idea as it was too raised and would interfere with the piston.
Regarding the water pump, I will be trying rubber instead of latex.
