In the Vancouver area there is a large population of Koreans. They even have a shopping area (strip mall) that only sells Korean goods and services.The actor Choi woo-shik (Edward Choi) is from Coquitlam, which is just outside of Vancouver. To really get the experience of Vancouver, you really need to spend more than 2 nights. You can take a ferry over to Vancouver Island and other small islands just outside of Vancouver Island, like Salt Spring Island and explore the area. If you enjoy outdoor sports, there are all kinds hiking trails or if you're into skiing , Whistler ski resort is up in the mountains and not far from Vancouver. There are alot of artist and artisans on Granville Island which is located in Vancouver and then there are the beautiful totem poles which are carved by the indigeneous of this area. It's too bad you didn't have time to explore Vancouver I think you would have really enjoyed it.
So glad you had a nice trip. It’s fun to explore new environments, foods n culture. Good to have good friends in life too. You two are so sweet and wishing you all the best always. I live in the states and there’s so many beautiful places to visit. Anyways stay healthy and take care of one another.

You are lucky to have such a good friend in Mesa. Canada is beautiful if you get another chance to go be sure to visit Niagara Falls but that is on the east side. So glad you had such wonderful experience. 👍

I'm guessing by Now your back in Korea. I hope on one of your future trips you'll visit Sunny California. although anytime is a great time here, Spring and early summer is delightful. If or when you visit you must drive down the coast. Lake Tahoe is also a must see .Our vineyards are breath taking. You will also be a hop skip and jump from Vegas and of course my favorite happy place Disneyland. We must give an honorable mention to the land of the fake and great, Glamorous Hollywood. I'm just touching the surface. We are also big in the tech industry. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your trip in the US.

Hi, that was a nice trip to Vancouver. Min, you have been wonderfully open trying new American dishes. Please give Apple Cider another try. I LOVE apple cider from apple orchards, but I love it cold, not hot. It tastes very different when it is heated and often people put different spices in it that causes it to taste different. Also, apple cider can taste VERY different from one apple orchard to another. I hope that you can experience fresh apple cider from an orchard where they also make fresh delicious donuts everyday, it is SO good.
