Regarding Engineers and Cyclops, I did have the time to test those years ago. There is no "multiplier". The healing increases with every added Engineer up to 16. Cyclops appear to be very similar, but because of their non-flying limitation they are by far the inferior healer. They often don't have the space to all work on one item at once.

I think they could have beat you by going infantry and air down mid. D bomb and focus on your tanks and cyclops. Cobras would be useless and focus on your wolverines with cutter drops

And anyone who isnt good at a game cant compliment on how good or good they are not at it. I prefer to do this with cutter, I prefer the Mac, and find the odst very useful for a quick army :)
