Kamal bhai shop was my worst shopping experience. They don't deliver on their promise. I had to threaten them with consumer court to get my lehnga. Don't buy from them.
O my god! I can totally feel how bad this would have felt like. Can you share with us, what happened next?
I was one of those brides who was on time crunch, therefore I had very few options. I shortlisted one of the lehenga from this shop but I was hesitant to finalize it, as the neck design was having 7 inch deep neck design. I wanted a deeper neckline in front similar to blouse design which they give during the trial. Kamal Bhai convinced me that they will fix the issue.I wasn't convinced with their suggestions. Then he assured me that they would make a new blouse piece for me with deeper neckline. So I finalised my lehenga and gave my blouse for stitching to them. The blouse was a total disaster as they didn't make a new blouse piece and made changes in the same blouse piece and therefore I didn't get the desired result. And when I told him about this his reply was deeper neckline would look very vulgar and in respected families it isn't worn. I had no choice but to buy the lengha as he wasn't ready to return the booking amount. When I had gone to collect the lengha there were other brides fighting over similar issues. Moreover one of my friends lehenga wasn't delivered on time by them
Thanks for informing, Will definately avoid going.. These youtubers promote them for money and these shop keepers think we customer are fools and no matter how much money we pay they behave like doing obligation... Should sue them.. always and always video shoot now a days when go for shopping
I also bought my wedding lehenga from Kamal Bhai …. So sad to hear about your experience but fortunately my experience was totally opposite. I had an amazing experience… the people were super helpful… i was so indecisive about my choices and took so so long… but everyone was super cooperative!
