700c wheels on a tiny kids bike?! - Fiets of Strength, Ep. 2: "The BaDonkADonk"

Now make the same bike but with geo that still fits a kid.
Closest thing I’ve seen to that is as extra extra small Surly Ogre 29er. Giant wheels for a tiny rider.

Lol, that's EXACTLY what this bike is. A child's bicycle with big wheels. Maybe you meant an adult geo bike with super tiny wheels, like a mini-velo?
