Ever dealt with NHBC and Redrow for enforcement of standards? Few videos I've put up on here, 3 and half years on still fighting them. Curious what you would make of it.
In my early career I worked for larger firms who did big housing developments. These were covered by NHBC and the builders endlessly complained about the extra level of detail required, far beyond what building control would ask for. I don’t have any experience dealing with claims however.
