Not that easy to plug a lintel, metal or concrete. Why builders don't think these things out before building houses is beyond me. How easy it would be to insert a wood fillet at points where curtain poles can easily be fixed. Same for fixing shelves for dry walling, and hanging pictures. Just run some 4x1 around the room behind the dry walling at two thirds floor to ceiling height and publish this option with house details pack.
