Kaleh Pache, a traditional breakfast and a popular Iranian food, the famous Ragag bread and tasting Iranian kebabs such as barg kebabs, koobideh kebabs and lamb chops were among the attractive moments of the second part of the Iranian food tour in Dubai with Mino Amin.
For the second part of the Iranian food tour in Dubai with Mino Amin the CZcamsr and the famous South Korean Food Traveler, we decided to go to Yashar Palace restaurant to introduce one of the most famous Iranian dishes to Mino. Yashar palace serves a variety of Iranian dishes. Before tasting the Kaleh Pache, we tried Iranian tea with Mino and I showed him the traditional way of drinking tea, which is drunk with a saucer, which was very interesting to him. Kale Pacheh is a delicious food that is one of the most delicious and popular breakfasts of Iranians and includes different parts of sheep, such as the head, legs, brain, ears and tongue, which are cooked for hours after they are cleaned with different and special spices. And they add a lot of water to cook it well
Usually, they start with Kale Pache juice, which can be plain made from cooking Kaleh Pache itself, or it can have some brain mixed with the juice, then it is called brain juice, and it is accompanied by traditional and fresh Iranian Sangak bread pieces inside. It becomes a unique combination and it is extremely delicious. Kaleh pache itself, has several items, like lamb legs, which is extremely delicious, Bana Goosh which is the sheep's cheek. After Kale Pache, it was time to taste Shole Zard, a traditional Iranian dessert that includes ingredients such as rice, authentic Iranian saffron, cinnamon, almond flakes, and pistachio slices. This delicious dessert is mostly cooked on special occasions and religious days, and it is very delicious.
We also tried the delicious and traditional Iranian sweets at Yashar Palace restaurant with Mino, who by the way liked these sweets very much, including Zulbiya and Bamiyeh, Yazdi cake, Kermanshahi rice bread, Nokhodchi, Danish pastry, Yazdi baklava and Tabriz walnut pastry.
We went to Waleed Mohammad Bakhit Bakery to taste the famous Ragag bread and get a report on the process of making this bread, which is baked in the south of Iran, especially in Bandar Abbas, and also in Arab countries, and is very popular. Ragag is made from thin dough that is spread on tawa. There are several types of raqaq, one with za'atar, egg, Omani chips and mahyawa (a kind of fish sauce) which was very delicious. Another type was made with nutella and cheese, which tastes great, and another type has egg , cheese, Omani chips, mahyawa and pepper. They also have chickpeas here, which we had before in Bushehr. They cook chickpeas together with lamb shin, pepper and salt.
In the last part of the tour of Iranian food in Dubai, we went with Mino to Sofreh restaurant , where you can try all kinds of famous and traditional Iranian kebabs, from the famous and popular Iranian Kobideh kebab to barg kebabs, chicken kebabs, lamb chops and other Iranian dishes such as Fesenjan stew, this stew is made with walnut kernels and chicken or mutton, and the main base of Fesenjan stew is walnut kernels. We tasted the unique and very delicious barg kebab and koobideh kebab with Mino, and he really liked the Fesenjan stew.
