Hey there!
If you're referring to how long it took me to make Notion for Agencies I would say about 9 months. Not because it takes that long to create a Notion template but because I had to offer Notion consulting before I had the expertise to build the template.
In terms of mentor, the only course I've taken is Molly Jone's Notion Consulting course. Admittedly I had already been consulting for some time before taking the course, but I still got a ton of value out of it.

I’d start by creating a free version of your template and then creating an email campaign to upsell to your premium template. Have you submitted your template to the Notion gallery?
