PS - I hope the girl who got hurt is ok, I worried about her the whole race. No idea how that works with MTB racing? How do they help someone/get them off the course, if they cannot ride out on their bike?
Are you guys able to view this in 1080? Just want to make sure the quality is good. I tried playing it back and the highest it will let me go is 360...
Must be my internet connection...I don't know how those who travel and do this get their stuff uploaded, I tried a couple different times while I was out of town and had zero luck with WIFI. Kudos to Dusty Betty, Alex with Single Track Sampler etc....no idea how you work your magic haha

im brand new to mountain biking, did my first two trails at estrella on some beginner trails and man they are intimidating lol. i was watching my footage and it looks snail speed, some of the technical spots you hit in this video I know were just way more intimidating in person
I was there yesterday, exploring what it will be the intermediate loop. I loved it, it’s a good punisher one lol. But I imagine it is going to be a very tough one to race.

Yes, we did a different loop and it was kind of boring.

Thanks Andy, I'm using an EVO SS Gimbal. I like that the company is within the USA (easier for returns and warranties if needed).
I'm looking at State MTB Race for end of March, 2019. Is this some of the same terrain?
Thane I'm not familiar with the State MTB Race but if it's ran out at Estrella (I'm trying to remember the other name for that area) then it will most likely be a lot of this and/or very similar!

I noticed you tied string or something around your handle bars... why did you do that?
It was how the number plate gets attached. I normally use zipties but didn't have any on me that day. The number plate has your timing chip on the back to record lap times.
Is this at Estrella Mountain in Goodyear?
Stephanie Garcia it is Estrella Mountain Regional Park. There’s a day use fee for the park. (Unless you have the annual pass)
