Whats your fitness like? Stretching and getting crazy flexibility would be cool since working out in bus might be tough. If you get flexible that later can seemly Transition too power side kicks, round house kicks , tornado kicks , as hip mobility is key for a power kicks. I recently punched 👊 a goat 🐐 that attacked someone. It's a +250lb male and I wrestling the goat to the ground and punched 60% my strength to the goats side... my hand wrecked!!! My 5th metacarpal at the base got wrecked, and I couldn't punch any more. It was a wake up call how punching bare fit can destroy your hands if you hit bone on bone. I'm very fit, I farm for a living, texas rancher , not fragile yet still hand bones are no match for a bone 10x the side of it. Now your feet always have a glove( shoe) and wraps ( socks) so kicking is by far a better tool for combat. I know this is random but until you punch to see how weak hands are unwrapped you'll think about kicking. Plus... glutes!! Calf, thighs , focus your legs for maximum sex appeal and maximum combat. Sexy yet deadly. Helps the algorithm too
