I really appreciated the video and insight into the resort property. A real estate agent hit me up about a possible buying opportunity that landed me here. The ultimate goal is to retire in the DR and I've narrowed my search to Juan Dolio. I had been pondering investing in the Metro Country Club, but this video has opened my eyes a bit. So, did you lose all your balls prior to the 13th? That clearly looks like a range ball you putted in for birdie. LOL!
Thanks for taking the time to watch the video. DR is a great location to retire. I have already moved to Santo Domingo, but wish I had spent more time in Juan Dolio. Whereas I played bogey golf for most of the day, it was a good day for golf. The ball is a Srixon Q-Star Divide. I use it rather than drawing lines on my balls to ensure I am aligning properly for putts. The ball is also very easy to find when you miss the fairway as much as I did on that day of golf. Have you played Metro Country Club yet? I can see it from my favorite restaurant in Juan Dolio.
Juan Dolio is a good place to retire. There is a lot of real estate development, try to visit before you buy.
