Are These The Best Spring Rolls?

Is this the best vietnamese spring roll recipe? I think so. These delicious fresh spring rolls (or are they summer rolls? idk lol) combine some of my favorite ingredients, and are very easy to make at home. Served with a sweet, sour and salty dipping sauce, they are the best snack.
Ingredients:
Rice paper (for fresh rolls)
Perilla, Coriander (cilantro)
Rice Noodles (vermicelli)
Cucumber
Pork Belly
Shrimp
Eggs
