Make a video on Cyberpunk 2077(2.0) optimized settings plz.
@@lazor6526 I'm working on it.

I don't understand EA with stuttering. First Dead Space Remake and then this. Jedi Fallen Order to this day still has terrible traversal stuttering as well. I doubt this will ever be fixed if fallen order is anything to go by. And they completely abandoned Dead Space Remake since feb. So frustrating. Thank you for the update though King!

@@HSGG_that's a scapegoat for these corporations
Tried Dead Space recently and yep, it's still the same as launch (13900K 4090 8200 CL34)
0.1% lows are broken thanks to the traversal stuttering all over the ship. Good game but the stutters are annoying.
They didn‘t fixed the traversal stutters. Im playing in native 4k max with RT. By far the best clean experience. 60 to 80 fps.. and its enough for fluid cam pans with motion blur on and Controller sensitivity on 8.
Unreal engine is to be blame also. I dont know a game with Unreal and not to have traversal stuttering. Unreal 5 will help on this but so far in general all Unreal 5 games have bad performance or scaling.
LOVE that ur getting sponsorships, easily most underrated tech channel out there. if anyone deserves a bag it’s you 👑
You are just wonderful. I wait for all your videos. Truly exceptional creator!
Thanks , you've helped a lot with multiple games in order to optimise them in my case !!!
Thank you for your good explanation and wonderful explanation, I appreciate your effort
Using sharpening from NVIDIA freestyle results in an FPS loss. I recommend using it from the control panel, its the same exact filter but virtually no perf impact. Only downside its its not as fast to adjust it on the fly
Thank you , that's good to know.
You are right about performance. But a little warning, Nvidia changed the control panel filter, it doesn't seem to be the same adaptive sharpening filter they implemented to compete with CAS. To enable that old filter, you have to change a key on the windows registry.
How do I activate it in the control pane
Where do you enable it in the control panel? I don't see it in mine (536.67).
how please?
Fallen Order still has traversal stutter almost 5 years later, I wouldn't hold your breath for them fixing it for Survivor.
Honestly disappointed it still has performance issues on PC. You would think they would've fixed it by now with how long it's been since the last patch, but apparently not.
I apreciate the update on how this game is running after all the patches. You're awesome!
Looks like I'm still gonna be waiting for a couple more patches before I pick it up. They should have just delayed the game to Q4 of this year to get the game polished.
You'll be waiting forever if you want it fixed properly - the first game still has stuttering everywhere.
@@johnboylan3832"Hope will always survive in those who continue to fight"?
@@shaggy1628 And look what happened to him.
@@johnboylan3832 I have yet to play the game, so I wouldn't know.
But it's gonna be a trilogy, so I guess the fighting will pay off in the third one.
It honestly would have sold better. Q4 2023 isn't even that jam packed with competition this year
And Respawn will never address this stutter. Ever. Just like they never did address it in Fallen Order. Because Respawn are dummies. I'am gonna copy/paste a rather insightful post about nature of such stutters in FO. Author is user Majestic from Steam forums.
"So I just checked with Intel Graphics Analyzer and the amount of drawcalls this game pulls is really, really low. 2500-3000 with a vertex count of about 11-12 million. That's about the same as Assassin's Creed Odyssey, however that game manages to squeeze 100k drawcalls out of DX11 and uses GPU-based geometry shaders instead of doing it on the CPU. That also means AC:O can batch all those small requests and as a result has excellent core-scaling. This game cannot do that and as a result has really inconsistent framepacing.
The majority of the drawcalls are also DrawIndexed
Meaning it draws primitives via a non-instanced method, meaning for every drawcall it has to load in the geometry. When you have a large GPU buffer you utilize that isn't a big deal, but when you do this from system memory it is. Definitely this wasn't made for PC, rather for console.
Meanwhile, ACO uses DrawIndexedInstancedIndirect drawcalls, which are instanced GPU-generated primitives.
People give Ubisoft ♥♥♥♥ for their performance, but their way of doing things is much more efficient than what these idiots use.
Lowering the draw distance to "medium" does nothing to the vertex count, meaning that function doesn't work at all. It's a placebo slider. Hence people who complain about performance have the same issues regardless of settings. As it's a geometry/asset streaming issue, and none of the graphics sliders influence this, it makes sense people have this on either setting.
For once, the "♥♥♥♥ optimization" issue rings true."
Thanks! Was wondering if it was time to pick it up, but I think I'll keep waiting. Still got loads of good games to play in the meantime....
The King has spoken
Very helpful. Thank you
nvidia control panel, adjust desktop size and positioning, enable integer scaling (gpu scaling) and it will be available in manage 3d settings, at the top of the inner menu, (enable nvidia driver image sharpening)
You the man! The game is very close to being playable & Steam does have it on sale. I have some other items so ill see if there is a patch 8 incoming by the time I need a game.
Enjoy your content. Is there an optimized settings video on the current version? Playing on a 2060 super with 1440p balanced or 1080p UltraQuality - with DLSSTweaks. Both run great but yeah not 100% smooth. Currently at High with Shadow Medium.
Any optimized settings to recommend?
I Hope we get another cyberpunk settings video soon thanks for your effort brother 😁
Thank you for the great video but why your Gpu's temps are so high?
70-80°C is high? I play on laptop and it hits 90°C don't know much about how much is okay for PC GPU. But 70-80 doesn't seem like a lot
thank you for vid
"Thank you all for the continued support you’ve given Star Wars Jedi: Survivor while we’ve been hard at work on patches. As always, let us know if you run into any additional issues." This was their ending note on the patch 7 patchnotes... Really sounds like they are just giving up on further fixing the performance issues and stutters after this patch!
They've done fuck all same with the Dead Space Remake.
Today comes in Cyberpunk the update 2.0 I hope we quickly get a new optimization guide from you❤
Imho FSR2 is oversharpened while DLSS looks just right.
However they should've added an adjustable sharpness slider to let people choose the amount of sharpening they like.
So my biggest issue is CPU limitations not allowing me to get over 60FPS. I have a 5600x and while Im over 60 a lot of the time in the HUB areas and coruscant I am not. Anyone know any CPU specific optimisations in general I can do? Which graphics settings affect CPU most? What windows settings? Ect.
Side note: I can't believe the console versions r getting a stable 60 now while my PC cant even get 50 cause CPU limitations at times on a more powerful CPU than consoles have. Optimisation in this game is wild.
Hey King, can you make a settings optimization guide for that game? I used yours for Alan Wake 2 and liked it.
Many thanks
This game won’t ever be fixed, also huge problems with FG implementation too where if you have it on all cutscenes will have huge stutters the first 2 - 3 seconds and just after exiting a cutscene.
I’ve had to rely on DLSS 3 and an unofficial patch to help alleviate the performance issues.
Will you do an optimization guide for Phantom Liberty?
Yes , I will consider it , specially if the DLC introduces new graphics settings or if it is more demanding compared to the base game.
Seems the consoles versions were given priority over the PC version in this patch considering it had a big improvement in performance, but that's because they cut raytracing from the performance mode.
My guy, PS5 ran it at 700-800p at launch, with the drops to 15-20 fps in performance mode
Nice of them to patch it 4 months later
@necrotic256 I remember hearing about the low resolution of performance mode at launch, but I had no idea performance was that unstable. I should've finished watching that Digital Foundry video about it.
the consoles version fix was easy just remove the ray tracing in performance mode and the resolution is the same that’s why it’s stable 60 most of the time.
@@necrotic256 I still can't believe $500 consoles have fallen back to resolutions and framerate combinations that were common 15 years ago because devs have forgotten how to optimize games. What an embarrassment
@@matthias6933 it has 8k on the box though. While games run at the same resolution that 2005's xbox360 did. My HDReady tv still good enough for PS5
No slide sharpness in the game for dlss ?
Hey, you are my go to channel for game optimization videos. Im wondering, will you do a Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 optimized settings video with RT Overdrive on lower GPUs too, like 3050? DLSS3.5 will come out on all RTX gpus and I wanna know should i even try with RT or Overdrive with mod...
My setup: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 and RTX 3050.
Yes I'll consider doing an Optimization guide for Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty specially if the DLC introduces new settings or if it is more demanding.
As for RT Overdrive , I don't think the RTX 3050 or even more powerful GPUs in the 30 series can get good performance and visuals using this mode and only the Ray Reconstruction portion of DLSS 3.5 will come to RTX 30 and 20 series , Frame Generation which is essential to get playable FPS with RT Overdrive is still exclusive to RTX 40 series.
Is there some way to detect stuttering in games? Like a software or something, I'm never able to notice it or probably don't even know what it is, all I know is the "lag" and freezes caused by frame drops
CapFrameX
how are you getting better performance in patch 6
Will you do one for mk1 ? Pls

How about Cyberpunk 2.0, is the old guide still valid?
stupid question, but where is optimization guide?
I dunno, in the shots you showed FSR2 looks much better and sharper. But you say about needing to force sharpening externally. Either way, native TAA in this game is the worst i've ever seen honestly.
I have played ME Andromeda right after being done with second Survivor playthrough and the picture clarity in it was stunning after this
I said that only DLSS needs Sharpening , FSR2 looks fine and doesn't require any sharpening.
@@benchmarking4386 i have no idea why NVIDIA cannot implement a competent sharpening
initial DLSS had horrible sharpening so horrible that they removed it
but clearly AMD utilizes their high quality, decent looking sharpening as an important leverage against DLSS
UE4 traversal stutter is pretty common
Yes but in this game it's more intense and frequent than any other UE4 game I've played before.
Yo how are you, remember me😅, you become a very rich youtuber looks like😊
I see a massive improvement. I have my graphics to Epic, ray tracing on, and DLSS set to quality and have not noticed significant slowdown like before ESPECIALLY when opening up the holomap on the Mantis. Before this patch if I had it on these settings it would slow the FPS down to like half a frame a second. I had to use Geforce Experience optimal settings just so the game would have a consistent FPS. Now it is smooth like butter. Hopefully this patch was dropped in enough time that then game can still be considered for GOTY honors
I'm glad that is your case, but I can assure you that isn't the case of the majority, the game is still garbage regarding perfomance on PC.
Game is good but doesn't deserve goty (that's for BG3), one of the reasons being the state in which was launched and to this day the perfomance leaves a lot to be desired, far from fixed, even the space screen reflections are still broken/glitchy.
will you remake the Cyberpunk 2077 OPTIMIZATION GUIDE video?
Yes , I'm working on it.
will you remake the Cyberpunk 2077 optimization video?
Yes , I'm working on it and it will be available tomorrow (Friday)
This game has frustrating stutter and fps drops. No matter what you do, you can't fix it.
for a 1440p render you're getting about as much as can be expected of a 3060ti
Can you make one for genshin Impact?
So the performance is "fixed" now, you just have to have 40 series gpu. Well done.
It's crazy how far ahead Nvidia is versus AMD when considering AI upscaling. DLSS is just objectively better than FSR right now.
Dedicated hardware solutions have always been better than software but still Having Fsr for a wide range of Gpus is still great i don't mind its downsides
Nvidia is far ahead AMD in general, but they're especially strong in anything involving newer tech such as the Tensor cores or the AI-based upscaling tech such as DLSS, DLAA, Frame Gen, and now the new AI-powered RT denoiser.
Now its time for cyberpunk 2.0 and liberty city
come back benchmarKING... we need you...
hello brother congratulations for your channel, is very well channel im very happy for i found this channel. so i would like ask you if can you make a video of others games like a jedi fallen order, shadow of the tomb raider and call of duty for can play the campain like a god. i think that you make a god job whit videos. so im sorry for my english im mexican and i starting learn english but im try a lot. thanks very very much an again congratulations

After 3 more patches they might get it. Still not buying it as they don't deserve the high price for bad product.
This games still bad optimization until now, stuttering, lagging and crashing
Ok, then I just buy it in a few years when I can bruteforce it.. lazy devs
You cant bruteforce stutters.

Looks fine to me.
all I need now is to give EA £60...
