I know it is weird, but I have always wondered what this type of wound would feel like. Obviously not a fun time, but weird thoughts for the win.

The answer is it’s not much to feel. It destroys the nerves it passes through so it’s mostly a burning sensation. Granted, burning hurts, but it’s the closest feeling to it.
@mostlyjovial6177 I figured it was oddly like burning and stabbing at the same time. I've held something on fire until the flame went out, and been stabbed by knife. That makes sense, though. I figured adrenaline would kick in, and it would be one of those things that hurts more later.
Depending on where you get hit, most knife wounds ive gotten hurt worse (on average) than the bullet wounds. Knife wounds feel cold actually if the knife is left in the wound, with the exception of stone knives, as the metal saps the heat away from you. Bullet wounds, as Jovial said, dont hurt as much imo because of the nerve damage, and as such managing blood loss is incredibly crucial. With bullet wounds if it doesnt kill you immediately/2 mins (lung damage), and you stop most of the blood loss, you will likely make it out (with the exception of or internal bleeding at 5 min to 30 mins). Next up to avoid is infections. Afterwards though, recovery sucks for both :/
A part 2 where the listener reveals they're a superhero who had just gotten their powers, and was trying to utilize them to stop a mugging, before these events would be great imo.

“You’re bleeding! What happened?” Well, let’s see… there was yet another containment breach at Site 19, and I was lucky to even barely survive being attacked by certain anomalies like SCP-682! And it all started when I had the (not so) bright idea of a cross test between the Hard To Destroy Reptile, the Shy Guy, the Sculpture & the Old Man; which led the four anomalies to go at it against each other that resulted in a 96 hour stalemate. And then, surprise surprise, another containment breach occurred. So there you go, that’s why I’m hurt and bleeding. (And yes, my life is freakin’ bananas!)

How I love it when Doctor Peaches makes an appearance to bring tenderness and care to my day. Though I wonder how the listener attained such an injury. Weighing the choice of going to the hospital and also possibly getting followed by whoever is after you against seeing you're friend at her house where you know it's safe and that you haven't seen her in ages and you also can trust and has a voice that could heal you just by listening to her talk...Yeah I think it's a easy choice to make between the two options :> I really enjoy seeing how the injured listener audios unfold and hearing such a sweet and caring tone of a beautiful voice is a huge part of also why I enjoy them :3 (Gah, I'm so stupid XD) Listening to them reminds me of like two things in the past that have happened to me that I'm aware of, Thankfully nothing as serious as getting shot and hopefully that never happens -_- The world needs more good things and less awful crap, Anyways I think I've only been hurt pretty badly twice in my life so far and the first time was because I was a stupid kid in the past and the second time was when I was in highschool and it was someone elses fault that I got hurt which I prefer over hurting myself in a stupid way XD Only the highschool injury I remember vividly, The injury as a kid there's gaps in my memory and I know it hurt a lot since I was a kid, But in the highschool I was able to easily get back up after I was injured which was honestly awesome XD

Interesting and hell of a written script by CyntaxError, went off the usual boat of causes for a patching audio (cuts, bruises, scrapes, etc.), they mixed it up and had a bullet wount be the cause. I'm a bit curious but was the writer cyntax_error from twitch? Because if it is,they are hell of a mod and a scriptwriter at this point!

True story. During a hunting trip me and four buddies were hangin out and just shootin and what not. I went to pee and I wandered a ways away from where we were. I got attacked by ehat I thought were yellow jackets in my back. No, turns out I just got winged with a birdshot shell. Well some.of fhe shell. We spent 2.5hrs digging birdshot outta my back with a pocket knife and small needle nose pliars. (We soaked fhem in rubing alcohol and then heated them up really hot. So the tools were steril. I swear I thought I got hit with wasps or horneta
