Held out this long for a portable speaker. Just left best buy to try the WonderBoom 3 out and it STILL has a micro usb and just 1 hour more difference. The bass is absent. I went with a Haiwei SoundJoy and the bass is incredible along with the usbc and lighting.
What you don’t seem to understand is that a bigger speakers gonna have better bass, obviously. I tried big and small speakers, and I found the best combo of all of them was 2 wonder booms. bass isn’t quite as good but the stereo blows away any one single, bigger speaker , such as the one you got
No USB-C, no microphone, same messy TWS function, same very loud power on/off sound, where's the upgrade? I mean, the speaker quality is one of the best you can find for the price, but there's some stuff to improve still.
@@metroishereyt6662 ill just wait for the wonderboom 4 il save the 2 for today its the same speaker but the 3 has a lots of colors tho love it its sucks that its a micro usb but i think it's doing it for a purpose so the megaboom or boom speakers will be replaced early thats what i think i migjt be correct or not hhhhha
Selling a product with Micro-USB charging in the second half of 2022 is outright laughable. Almost every other brand that has released a portable speaker within the last 2 years has moved away from Micro-USB and adopted USB-C charging. I can only assume that this is a rather poor attempt at keeping costs down, pretty comical when you consider the fact that there’s now a vast range of speakers on the market that cost a *fraction* of the Wonderboom that do support USB-C changing. (Even some with quick charging features) Shame really.
Ultimate ears is pretty good I musy say, but I purchased a $299 Megablast under warranty earlier this year and now its completed discontinued on their website and not functioning at all. their customer service as been very uncustomer service like, offering me an inferior product Megaboom 3 $199 I'm losing my audio gear, and convivences for months now just for trying to support a California based brand. I'm in Los Angeles, and any company that doesn't appreciate it's local consumers won't last very long in this industry. Looking back I should have gotten a JBL product probably looking through the comments it's obviously a USB Charging issue that the company tried to shortcut consumers on, and they are making us pay for it
Unless you tested them, you really don’t know. I did a detailed comparison of a wonder boom versus a wonder boom three. They were both excellent; the three was quite a bit clearer, but the one was still good sounding. It’s easily the best most musical, Bluetooth speaker out there, especially if you get two of them.

Still have the 2 and pretty much loved it sounds is superb ill check the 3 if its worth the upgrade but i think ill wait for the 4 next next year
