I think it is NOT detachable but, good theory. And i think it is because scourge used his strong hand not the one he used for stabbing bee.
I'm gonna believe that The Autobot logo is more like a patch. Bee was clearly made without one as he was around before the civil war. Maybe it's more like a patch as he'd take it off once the war had ended.
This also can explain why Blitzwing in the 2018 bumblebee movie says "B-127, as a member of the autobot resistance, you are a traitor to cybertron and hereby sentenced to death.". He only says autobot *resistance* so he is just part of the protection. And for "traitor to cybertron" that might mean that he was once maybe a decepticon so he traited the decepticons and was destined to be a part of the autobots. So there may be a decepticon logo under the autobot logo. (By the way I am not stupid I know that when Scourge removes his autobot logo we just see metal but maybe the decepticon logo was between the autobot logo and the paint) That's just my theory.

Him being called a traitor doesn’t mean he was a con. That’s flawed logic. The decepticons label every autobot a traitor. Even Optimus.
Hmm this is interesting since when bumblebee got mad his eyes turn red on the Bumblebee Movie
It definitely isn't detachable, it's just Bee's design. Scourge simply tore it off, which is why it was orange and almost burning after he took it off.
Oh yeah and also maybe the prisons on Lockdowns ship is Primal.
Because as we remember that Lockdown was talking to the old man on his ship at the being of the movie somewhere there.The old man said that “who are u working for and why do need Optimus prime”Lockdown replies by “saying every universe I go all of u say the same thing”😊😊😊😊😊😊
I just believe the reason his logo on his head is removable badge some gave to him is because he's the youngest or latest of the Autobots simply

Everybody saying it can’t be detached… I haven’t seen the movie yet and I know it can be detached. If Scorge can wear it as an additional piece, an Optimus can remove it , than it’s a part. Not just metal but a part of the whole, as a protocon originally he did not have a logo. Very well could have been granted the seal as he moved up in ranks

In the forest battle scene when Optimus prime fight Blackout and Starscream Optimus prime threw his sword at Blackouts foot and than when Optimus prime took of Starsreams hand
Blackout was distracted from the sword and did not know that Optimus is near.
Blackout was taking out the sword when Optimus prime jumps on him and slice his head into 2😊
Prime has one in his gut area where the grill of the truck is

The Wheeljack design we see in the BB movie was his Cybertronian mode, when he arrived to Earth, he scanned a VW Bus and got a robot mode redesign which was the one we saw in ROTB

This theory doesn't make sence, this is just a design choice, the director just thinked "it whould be nice if was this way" and make it this way, sorry man but your theorys are só tripped
