second season has been confirmed, from what i heard it's also already in production, much as i love the manga there's been a lot of new scenes in this season and ones added from the spinoff with little character stories that imo flesh out people's character more so i think it'll be well worth waiting for the second season 👍
I totally understood your point on dumb committee members making important decisions in anime... It pissed me off so many times in different shows, especially when they proceed to side with a deciever later on

I’m very glad you guys liked Narumi’s design, because I kind of hate it lol. He looks so much more cool in the manga, I’m really hoping it’s just because like 90% of the time his hair is down but for some reason it was up here. Narumi will be a big part of season 2, and his VA is the one who does Shigaraki from MHA 😁 Fun fact! The chess scene was only in the anime! It was not in the manga, in fact a LOT of scenes from these last 2 episodes were not in the manga. I would agree it’s probably best to not look up the other numbered kaiju, mainly because the very few panels where they are shown are on very spoilery pages. If you need SOME kind of juice to squeeze, I can tell you they were all giant class and some were rough variations of what you would expect Godzilla to look like. There wasn’t much creativity given to the design of the original numbered kaiju since they’re all dead. Season 2 has been confirmed, and I can’t wait for it
@@zazoreal5536 I went back and read ch. 38 again and have figured out why I don’t like it. You’re right his hair is up (when he’s serious) for… reasons… but when Narumi’s hair is up it’s also slicked back. So it’s the spiky-ness of his hair in the anime that I don’t like I guess?
Lol we’ve actually heard about Narumi’s design being a letdown from other people too so maybe with all the criticism, they’ll make his design better in season 2 😅 Also love it when animes expand upon the original source material!
