Excellent video showcasing this multi use blanket. Love the thought that went into this simple item. Thanks for sharing!

Świetny koc, ale mi wciąż brakuje zamka L do przekształcenia w śpiwór. Obecne rozwiązanie nie jest wystarczające pod względem zatrzymania termiki. Wówczas byłby to kompletny sprzęt doskonale uzupełniający waszego Hideout'a.

I bought a hammock, I have a tarp and nice sleeping bag. This will be next thing I'm buying, it took a while to find what I want. Then my camping setup will be complete.

First night it was a great underblanket for 15C weather. Second day it rained all day so I used it as a poncho. Mostly it was a good poncho for light rain for about 5 hours, but when the rain really started pouring, the fleece in the corners started to become wet.
That's the time I realized the problem of using it for 2 purposes: I still had to use it as an underblanket the following night. Since the corners were wet, my feet got really cold since it naturally can't insulate as well when it's wet. Luckily it was just the corners, and simply sleeping curled up I could get warm.
EDIT: elastic cords are long enough after all, user issue.

Dear Phatency - Thank you for your opinion - its really interesting - we will deeply concider it. Concerning lenght of elastic cords - they are designed for distance between end loops of the hammokcs of over 4m!. I undersand that there is no carabiners at all at the ends of the hammock (like on the hammocks with long ropes). We will make a short video about knots - You will find there how to solve such a problem.
See you on the trail - BUSHMEN Travel Gear team :-)

@@BushmenPl It turns out my decision making while tired was not the best, the elastic cords are long enough for sure. I was just dead set on attaching this to the carabiners after DD whoopie slings, when I could've just as well attached them to the start of the DD whoopie slings like you said. An extra carabiner solves this issue, or knots like you said.

I like it when companies leave negatieve reviews too. Shows integrity and helps to make a good decision.

Despite the downsides I listed two years ago, I have still used my thermo-blanket on some hikes. Not as my primary underblanket though, mostly because where I hike I can never guarantee good enough weather where this would be enough.

@@BushmenPl I used this for a bushcraft trip as an underquilt and the temperature went to about 7c. I think you are spot on! Amazing how much warmth this little versatile thing holds. I would have liked the hood in the middle so I could have done the old poncho-as-jacket trick, but the cape was fine! Great little product.

I just received my order for this in the Netherlands. Was excited about the product, but unfortunately, the two elastic cords and tensioner hooks were missing from within the stuff sack. Kind of disappointing!
