Ramee is conflicted he helps k with this he should have not took lead he just shouldn’t have. Ramee tried to correct scuff and pd should have arrested k and detain her for the time being. They had enough rs once all the statements were in to search k they didn’t detain k and let him go. RAMEE FUCKED UP CAUSE HES CONFLICTED the other officers didn’t bother cause they didn’t want to deal with the hoppers or complaints. It’s fucked up people don’t to call out Kebun for RDM and war baiting but when scuff happens they want to call out RDM. TLDR; a delivery person, dressed in uniform, driving a company delivery vehicle was unloaded upon (shot many times) on the stairs of a woman’s house. The woman who shot him claims she warned him to leave, the person who was murdered (can only talk because it’s a video game) says she didn’t warn him. Him dying on the steps and not the deck show that he was either not as close as she claimed, or attempting to leave, as he was instructed to. Either way it shows she was using excessive force, lethal force, in a case where she was not “standing her ground.” It’s open and shut, she murdered a man for no other reason than him existing on her property. A man that, again, was delivering food to her by every available detail, so had reason to enter her property. 😅
if they did their job right, they wouldve seen that there were casings on the stairs up to the balcony. that already paints the picture that she blocked his way and shot him instead of shooting him out of a defensive reaction. this is bias at its fullest.
Yes but this would also mean that the PD would have to use their time to investigate something that doesn’t look like a known crim was responsible. They just want easy Ws against Crims. They don’t care about charging Civs… well except for messing around with Carmine and Bobby
@@Razerfreak1 they did do the evidence they let Conan do what he wanted from the looks she shot him then ran for the stairs when he went down but when she hit the stairs he got back up and she shot him again. The part that sucked was the scuff audio which happen probably cause k ran into the door loading the interior and the interior box being bigger allowing stuff outside caused the audio issue. I mean scuff sucks it happens it is what it is.

Biased might be their with the PD, but its not clear if that lady is in the wrong. Sounds like K( dilevery guy ) need to put her to court. Don't need the cops involved. After court if found guilty they can then issue or act on her punishment.

1. Not one of the cops even searched him just in case to see if he actually had a weapon to threaten her life with - he definitely had a weapon on him. No probable cause???
2. They just let him go when he said he doesn't have his ID - how much more suspicious can you be, wearing a mask and refusing to tell the police who you are when they ask you for your name??? Especially after the cops literally witness his friends trying to snatch him away after being gunned down. There's your probable cause!!

Brainrot take. You should look into probable cause because you clearly have no idea how searches and seizures work. If you get RDM'd and then the person who did it says he was threatening her, that's not probable cause, that's hearsay.

You were right with "Mr. K IS doing all this to force cops to do their jobs right" and everything after that was a brain dead take. He committed no crime, even with no ID and a face mask. There's 0 reason for the cops to search him. He was the victim. You don't search victims. If the person doesn't want to ID, that's his right.
You made 2 non logical points. She was found with a gun, gsr tested, and had 0 reason to shoot him. If it was a criminal, they would go to jail just on the gsr testing alone. Mr. K just beat ruby in court over just being gsr+ with no gun yet they let her go free.

The only thing I don't agree with here is the "he didn't try to break into her property". The property is not just the house, it's also the land around it.
This whole situation is just a mess though because she was trying to talk to him while whispering, shit happens. But let's be real, one of them was gonna end up dead either way.
Explain how him being on the porch was breaking into the property? What was broken into?
if someone leaves a door unlocked to their property and someone enters it's trespassing, its only a break in if someone breaks in, so being on her property would be trespassing at most, plus she had no signs saying no trespassing
@@mattmatt4918 He didn't "break in", but Refusing to leave private property is trespassing. He didn't hear her say this though because of the whispering thing as I said. So it's just messy, they should both just move on. It's not real life where he will actually have lasting injuries from it.
nah, if there was a fence or closed gate around the property, that would be a better argument. otherwise every package/mail/food deliver delivery would be trespassing. Especially since there's no obvious "NO Trespassing" signs around the property as well.

Yeah but with that said then both parties would have been detained and investigated and we all know LK would have CRIED if that happened. There's a reason hostages even get searched out side of bank robberies in the server so since he didn't want to be checked out then it's kind of understandable to let her go as it's a he said she said because he literally should have been investigated as well. No ones going to want to hear that though but that's the unbiased truth.
So yeah if you wanted to go by the book they both should have been arrested as investigating Mr k they would have found an illegal gun as well as no food to deliver along with a knife.
