The thing in the silver colored box that pulls back and forth is an antique razor. The leather piece is the sharpening strop.

In the Windsor Castle bag was a hand carved Welsh Love Spoon. It was a tradition, in Wales to carve an ornate spoon for your "Cariad" sweetheart.

That furniture is lovely. Ya'll got the chest-of-drawers, a dresser (maybe a mirror), & 2 matching bed sides + some cedar storage boxes to put on top. The ranch bedroom will get an up-grade for sure. Congratulations.

The key collection and unusual coins remind me of when I used to work in retail. Always there are forgotten keys and customers trying to pass off foreign currency. Pretty cool stuff, and the bedroom furniture is quite nice, good solid wood.
I see he been to the UK quite a few times in the 80,s and 00,s as he both old and new £1.coins as well as big old 1pence coin ,and the £ worth was measure out by the weight of 1 pence coin a lb 300 plus of those 1817 coins.

That initial "thick old coin" was a old £1 from the UK. Further in the video there is a lot of UK coins and Euros must have travelled to Europe. I think the Windsor Castle postcards and bags are a big give away of that visit

I love watching these Florida units so much and they do contain such amazing treasure . And I love seeing Jeremy when he finds something amazing and how in the last unit I loved how you honored the memories of the amazing veteran infact a war hero. Have you thought about maybe contacting the regiments that he served with as they have a museum or a way for this man efforts and all the missions he went on. And today's unit I wondered as you sort quickly through the unit ,I wondered I'd once a month you pick your favourite items from the units you bought and the same for George it would be fantastic to see what you both pick our to show us and would you ever once the last part of the unit is shown on CZcams would you do a recap on some of the items that you've uncovered that you might need help identifying objects , if you find some awesome when your going through everything it would be interesting to see the treasures you uncover . It's just an idea and I know you've both got so much other things going on but maybe it's one to think about.
That box with the flippy thing is for stropping single edge razor blades.
Neems is what I used for leaf miners on my tomatoes! Never in all my 75 years have I seen miners on tomato plants until Texas this summer!😊

That thick foreign coin is a Welsh Pound coin. The letters on the edge are in Welsh, "PLEIDOL WYF I'M GWLAD," meaning in English "True am I to my country." How did it get all the way over to the storage unit?

just a comment about tlhe English pound coin. the round ones you found are now no longer in circulation here, we've got new ones now. but there were a few of the old pound coins in circulation that didn't have the words 'standing on the shoulders of giants' around the side of the coins - and those are rare, and valuable.
I've had to learn about coins thanks to my mother. some 50p coins are exceedingly rare and valuable too.
and the elusive 2p coin that lacks a date. I've photographed loads of my mothers coins over the years - that process alone taught me well.
