Balogun for backup, he won’t expect a lot of games so not much harm in keeping him.
Tav and Goldson need to go, don’t give me this pish about what they’ve done in the past, which isn’t a lot btw. Granted Tav’s contribution has been remarkable goals/assists wise but his defensive qualities, bearing in mind he’s an RB, are appalling and he’s cost us far too much. Thanks lads, now go.
Midfield: Jack, Lundstram, Wright & Dowell can go, either poor or eternally injured, we can’t go on with perma-wounded players. I wouldn’t be too sad with Lawrence leaving either, far too slow and likes a wee stint on the sidelines as well.
Forwards: I love Dessers, but we need a clinical guy in there. If we had one currently with the chances created that Dessers has been afforded the guy would be on 40+ goals and that isn’t an exaggeration. I’m sure a publish of Dessers’ stats would back that up. I still want him at Rangers cos his attitude is exemplary and would be a great backup. I’d love Sima full time but dunno if that’s affordable considering the massive rebuild we have on our hands.
Great points mate, but me personally & just ma opinion but I don't see Danilo being the answer to be our number 9 & think he'll be our back up striker, I'd definitely sell Dessers, as we can't have £8 million worth of back up strikers, on the bench 🤔🏴🇬🇧
No player is untouchable this window. If we get a decent enough offer in for any player they leave.

Nothing unusual there with some fans balagun is a great addition for another year solid and was also best defender in the final.
Balogun makes a massive difference in our difference he also brings a pedigree that will positively influence other players around him, 💙
Its cowardice to call the officials incompetent, if they were incompetent the "mistakes" would go both ways. They only ever go one way in this fixture.
I don't think they are corrupt. I think they often have a second or two to make a decision and the celtic 50 year pressure campaign is reaping rewards for them.

My outs would be: Tav, Goldson, Borna, Lundtsram, Jack, Wright, Dowell, Lawrence, Cantwell, Hagi, mclaughlin, Davies, Ridvan, Sima, Matondo, Silva, and Souttar.
Sima and Ridvan are good players but too injury riddled. They were this way before we signed both. The rest are not good enough.
I would keep Butland for captain, Balogun as cover, Raskin, Diomande, Dessers, Sterling for RB, King, Fraser, Mckinnon, Mcausland, Rice, Cortes on a loan until January to see how he recovers, as he had no prior injury problems and Danilo.
We need a new backline, goal capable wingers, number 10 and a striker for rotation alongside Dessers and Danilo.
If we went for Sanderson as back up on a free and Joel Ordonez and Cordoba we would be way stronger at CB. Sterling could play RB, Devine could cover. Jefte could play LB with Fraser as cover. Bring in Shankland, Cortes LW, Kai Fotheringham RW and Danny Armstrong. Get David Watson and Lennon Miller in as well. We would be sorted. If we are going for an attacking mid or 10 I would go for Niko Jankovic for £3 million of Rijeka. Some player and would be worth huge money after a season or two here. We wouldn't remember Cantwell or Lawrence then. Danilo can also play that position as cover if required.

Don’t think 12 million for butland enough as the board would no doubt take half of that so for the sake of 6-7 million towards the kitty we would lose much more by not having butland in goal, only reason we got within touching distant of the league was because butland saved the defence time n again. 20 million as its peanuts for English clubs

Derek how can you say that about Ridvan? Hes been class when hes been fit but most of our team hasnt been fit. Hes brilliant going forward and linking up play. Hes my number one at LB despite Jefte as we know what we get with Ridvan. Jefte might well be another cifuentes signing. Who knows. Better the devil you know imo
How can you say keep Ridvan? With Turkish clubs that would gladly snap him up it would be wiser to get rid of an injury prone type now. He misses large and important chunks of every season and it doesn't look like improving. He had a poor injury pattern before we signed him as well. If we keep with injury plagued guys and losers we will be staying in loser groundhog day, having the same conversations with the same folk, defending the same players yet again. We need change if we want to win.
Jefte will do well and we have capable cover in Fraser. With Cordoba at LCB being strong on the left and can cover left back we would be mire than fine there. If we bring in Joel Ordonez and Diomne Sanderson we with Balogun that would really strengthen our defence with Sterling and Devine at RB. And Balogun can also cover RB, as can Sanderson. That's how I would want us at the back. Fresh, new and some experience. With robust guys.
@@rangersnut how do you Jefte will do well? I bet you were the same person like me that though Cifuentes would have been a great signing and look where that went. Ridvan like most of the first team we're injury prone bit he's young and with a better run in the team he can improve yet again and make the LB position his own. It's all about opinions its not a case that your right and everyone is wrong that's Tim mentality. All I'm saying is give Ridvan another go at keeping fit and I'm sure if that's the case he will do well for us and his value can only go up hence why we stick by him for the time being.
Tavernier cannot start in rangers team next season. He may be on the books as no offers possibly but he’s our worst player at this moment.

I like balogun but how long are we gonna continue to have these same players for who have done nothing for the club, I get he’s a backup but it’d be far more beneficial to have a younger player in there who can compete for a place rather than a guy who’s just there if someone’s injured

Butland 20m? What planet are folk on? Would struggle to get a quarter of that.. he was a back up keeper available for free and teams didnt push that hard for him. A season in SPL wont have those same teams clamouring for him.
If Butland did go, though I hope not, Ivan Nevistic would be a solid choice and only £750k at 25 years old with best years ahead of him. Another keeper worth us keeping an eye on is Jonathan Frost Fischer of Fredrikstad FK. 6ft 5 and 22 years old, big imposing goalie, £500k bargain and Danish.
If we can't get Shankland, I would bring in Erik Botheim of Malmo. We don't need to spend ridiculously to catch Celtic. We just need, fitter and stronger players whonare more robust and to be shrewd finding quality.

Build round big Sterling. He is a fighter, strong and leads by example. To many weak players at Rangers. All teams fight like hell to beat us. Unfortunately we will need to sell Butland to finance new players as the current squad are either to old or are poor players. We need fresh blood in this team. To many scars on the minds of these players. And lastly a no brainer sign Shankland.A natural born scorer and a bluenose is a plus.

The wages are the biggest thing. Tav, Goldson, Lunny, Roofe, Matondo, Barisic, Dowell, and most likely a few more are on stupid money, and we have one league.
Their wages could pay for pretty much a whole rebuild lol
