Lovely tutorial, yet it does not have the length that the other tails that you made have.

Feel free to correct me for this one (I've never made a mermaid tail like this one in my life lmao) but to extend the tail, I think you do something similar to what the creator did with the shoes but place them up higher on the tail (such as somewhere near the end but not directly onto the monofin) and what she did with the bottom portion of the tail but increasing the fabric length to your liking. Hope this helps!

yes, you will find it in a pet store, it exists in block to insert in an aquarium filter, or in filament for large seawater filters 😊
